I can see it from a business pov they are trying to force you to play constructed and pull you into it with packs, but atleast for merc which is build around packs it would be decent for us arena players to get them there if we like it.
Arena changed alot with new rotation... the card value has gone down significantly. You can get alot of trash card and then maybe 7-8 good card that will carry you. so all about drawing those. Many situational card which can be dead in hand, so better to play a card on curve to win the board control, which is very importent.
I almost never buy the bundle since im mostly playing arena and a bit of BG. So for me the Taverne pass is the perfect way to both support the game without having to buy alot of packs and instead get some more gold and cosmetic stuff.

Would be disappointing if so - aggro has already enjoyed dominance for much of Hearthstone's history while being further incentivized as a faster way to climb the ladder. I'd love to play cool, expensive cards but it's hardly possible when games tend to end by turn 5, especially in Wild. Please, Dean, let's make ALL of the new archetypes non-aggro!

No i wont. and there is no need to. There is a reason there is a court that excist to balance things out and put justice to what the company have done over the years. and it will for better and worse. as someone said, they cant ignore this something has to happen.
instead of coming forward and be straight about it and make up the cancelled reveals and messed up things, they cancelled the main stream everyone was waiting for without even telling us or communicate about it. one again they choose to not communicate at all. i cancelled my work and friend meeting for this stream. yet not surprised by their behavior.
I understand the seriousness in all this, but not even giving us a closed tweet about the caneling stream is SO BAD. l
I am at level 323 (with Tavern Pass), which means I am slightly behind schedule for reaching my secondary objective: level 350. I remain optimistic about completing this goal though.

I just got lvl 254 with the weekly done today. Its going quite slow since i retired from standard/wild and play 90% Arena and 10% BG. Sitting at 9.8k gold
I think its one of the best deal you can get if you are decently active. And a really fair price. Last season which ofcourse was 1 month longer, i got to lvl 268 with BP. and it got me an extra 2800gold overall with the 20% buff.
So mercanaries Should have been in Phase 1 according to road map but we are getting it in maybe phase 3? either its a big project or they ran into problem.... or both

Im enjoying Arena which i have since beta, and also BG a little bit in between.
Anything else isnt fun for me anymore and i dont think Merc will change that much.

Just hit lvl 90 with this weeks weekly completed. Havent been that motivated for HS this xpac. think i was around lvl 100 last season after 40 days

Lvl 50 with mostly arena. Had holiday which is over so the levels will slow down fast for me. Got the rogue meme legendary.
