I have found one of the comment, which help to execute achievement with Nightshade Bud. Need to play card two times and firstly choose spell and after that choose minion. Reference to the reddit post (post from DrinkWater16):

I have tried standart deck for execution achievement Poor Circulation, but it unsuccessful.

Try to create deck with summoning tokens and have good result. This is a deck code:

It is good for execution, but achievement is really bugged. I have tried to execute it with three different ways, but they fault:

• play 3 separate copies of the Nightshade Bud
• play Nightshade Bud, which discovered from the battlecry of Raid Negotiator
• play one copy of the Nightshade Bud and after that play Pathmaker, which play Convoke the Spirits

So better to wait when fix it.

I have tried to play Nightshade Bud 3 times in one battle, but achievement have not been executed.
