    My opponent could just ignore Taunt, like... what?
    Poisonous was working, not sure if Lifesteal did.
    I don't remember this one from before, is it just supposed to be bunnies the whole time or are random minions supposed to pop out?

    Yea, it's something that I never caught on with the TCG and only have been slightly as I watch, and sometimes play, MD. Your main archetype is maybe a third of the deck, the other two thirds are disruption (hand trap, trap, spell negates, etc).

    I can get into the Darkshore Bounty, and I haven't tried anything else yet, but Mercenaries at least is a bit sluggish.
    Also one of the new enemies had a white image for its ability icon and the effect it applied to Anduin made his "effect" display as long as a CVS receipt, lol
    At least it's playable and I hope they can hammer things out soon.

    Be nice to see solo gates more often, but I'm interested in messing with the Danger! archetype.

    N'Zoth sounds pretty fun, glad there will be something to do in Mercs for a few days.
    Was kind of hoping Tarecgosa was getting removed, although her power level could get bumped down with the removal of buddies.

    Well, DPE was called, so nice to see it's coming in fairly soon.
    Do any of these additions kind of make the banlist make a little more sense or is it still bad?

    Also nice Spell/Trap animations

    With a new season introducing a new minion tribe and hero, it's best to remove buddies since there's likely been zero testing done.
    I could be wrong, of course. Is a little bit of a bummer because I haven't gotten used to all playstyles with accompanying buddies.

    Didn't see this happen on Twitter but on FB. I thought it got corrected because they weren't adding these in this patch with wanting Mercs content to have it's own patch hype. Well, if it does come, it'll be welcome.

    I'm not betting on an Old Gods party to happen in Mercs, but fingers crossed for Neptulon in the real content drop.

    The task change is amazing.
    I took Vanndar from Task 2 to Task 7 while completing Tasks 6 and 7 for Illidan and Tavish.
    Aside from obviously making the Mystery node worse (there are no real benefits to it (Hot Potato, Sabotage, Blue Portal, I think it can land Spirit Healer?)), it stinks at the moment because I would have liked to use it to better task up my old mercs to 7 before doing further on their chains.

    Also can I slightly complain about the Mi'da bounty? It's wrecked me twice on normal.
    The demons all being neutral type would be nice, if they keep ramping up damage using that one ability, but the Voidcaller alone punishes stat gains of any kind. Like either it alone should be Neutral if it's going to use enemy attack damage (and double that because it's Caster, severely punishing Cariel's new buff) or slow it down from 5 to like 8. And then when I got Holy comp to the boss, Anduin and Velen vanished almost in a flash.
    Or if they're supposed to interact with Holy in such a way like the Crusher does, give them a little Holy weakness

    It's painful. I'd rather fight the Merc parties than the Void beings.
    Okay, complaint over. Bring on Murky and the Naga! Maybe a new Elemental like Neptulon!
    (We are doing Sunken City stuff)

    Oh nice, new cards coming.
    Also enjoying more gems to collect, but at the same time, they cap you on free gems and I'm pretty much always at cap lol

    I just did Task 3, bit of a wait, and I think that's practically it for me.
    I really don't see myself taking on any heroics with nonmaxed/heavily invested mercs.
    Maybe 50/50 split for future events?

    Have maxed/heavily invested merc players been having much trouble outside of the bugs? Genuinely curious.

    Oh, nice to see the bug fixed. I tried multiple times to get into Training Grounds last night and couldn't because I didn't pay attention to not actually having Antonidas.

    On the bright side, 25 hours took Vanessa from 1 to 22, so I can't complain too much

    Tomb Warden.
    8 mana, 6/12 or if we use Into the Fray, 8 mana 10/16. Brings back some memories of Saronite Chain Gang, and of course all the synergies with Armagedillo and Frightened Flunky.

    The art change to Harpy makes me think back to WC3 and polygonal harpy breasts in their animated unit portraits, haha.
    Felstalker is a waste of a future card that could have discarded a spell from your opponent's hand, or so.

    The others? not so bad.
