I don't know about removing that many Hunter cards. Most of them could just need a buff to be good.
Explosive Shot could cost 4 and wouldn't be broken.
Timber Wolf could be a 1/3
Bestial Wrath is bad and can go...
Misdirection is a cool card and a Secret! You either replace it with another or keep it.
Gladiator's Longbow could cost 6. It makes sense for Hunter not having only 1 Weapon.
I don't get why you would increase DHs Hero Power by 1. It destroys kinda the whole archetype that Demon Hunter has and all synergy cards that come with it.
You try to make it easier for new players... yet you create cards like Monstrous Mark..
Also why give Demon Hunter a 1 mana draw a card attached to a completely different effect. You replace your hand and then draw a card... At least make the Demons cost 1 less or so.
Secret Mage showed us that people aren't always playing around Counter Spell turn 1...
Actually it's easy to play around.

Tbh it's not hard to make room for this card and a 5 mana 5/5 isn't bad to begin with.

"Dormant for 10 turns" can still be cheated out and therefore never be printed.
