Though I don't agree with OP, your post doesn't make any sense. If this is what the devs is holding back listening to the community, They're doing a bad job.
That would be a good nerf tbh. It forces non dupe decks to also run Dragons (some Dragons have "if you're holding a Dragon"). Would suck to have a Legendary with condition at 9 mana though if all 3 choices suck. So if it was an 8 mana 8/8 with this effect I'd be happy.
Having randomly generated Nozari in a class that's not Paladin fe doesn't feel great to play against.
A huge problem with Box in Standard is that there are like no bad spells right now. I'm 100% sure they'll add cards like Astral Communion or Cataclysm this year to weaken the card overall
Things like Burgle Rogue are imo the only excuse where randomly generated cards could still exist. The archetype is so memey that it doesn't feel too bad losing against.
I didn't lose a single game, played twice against Elise. Kriziki was such an easy pick, all those Taunts and the spells are super useful as well.
What nobody seems to get is to SAVE Weapon Durability. Everyone sees the HP button is active and they just smash face and have no removal left. Genius plays out there
Spellburst should definitely trigger after any spell is played. There are Spellburst cards where this would be intended (the new AoE Spellburst f. e.)

It's "each time", not "for every Health point changed" so you need to change Health more than once during your turn to cheat it out early

I think this is for cards that have the same effect as already existing one's but another card text.
