No, it's a basic card. Demon Hunter just won't have classic cards until sometime next year, when they decide which cards from these next 3 expansions/the Demon Hunter Initiate set that they want to make evergreen. The basic cards are going to be here to stay though, so you can get Inner Demon from Zephyrs if the situation presents itself. I believe that it was said in some ask the devs Reddit thread or something, but don't quote me on that.
With both this and the Imprisoned demon, Hunter seems to be going in the direction of attacking random enemies. Is that good? Maybe. If your opponent has and empty board and you play this, it's deal 12 damage to face and summon 4 3/5's. That's ridiculous! That scenario probably won't happen very often however, so this card is entirely meta dependent.
Would The Dark Portal be considered mana cheat? Or the Shaman spell that costs 3 less if you played a spell last turn? Or Eye Beam for Demon Hunter? It seems that their are a lot of mana cheat cards already.
I really like this deck! It's so much fun to play, really brings me back to the days of Hadronox druid. I like the addition of a Witchwood Grizzly, and [Hearthstone Card (Alexstraza) Not Found] is a good finisher. It does struggle against Res Priest, and some other removal heavy decks, but overall it performs fairly well. Thanks for the list!
My favorite moment from 2019 has probably got to be the return of Highlander decks and strategies. They were always may favorite type of decks back in Gadgetzan, and I was thrilled to see that they'd be back.
What I'm looking forward to most in 2020 has got to be hitting legend. I've been so close but haven't had the time to make it all the way yet, but I'm gonna gun for making it this year, and I'm fairly certain I can do it.
There are 5 different versions of him, one for each EVIL class, so the neutral cards can go in each of those classes decks to support that class's version of Galakrond. At least I believe that's the case, not entirely sure.

Germination is defenitely crucial to combos, and if not that than Aviana 2.0 definitely is.
New Hunter Legendary that summons beasts from your hand can work for the combo square.

I'm also having issues, not sure what's wrong but hopefully they are fixed soon.

My favorite moment was when I got beat with 7 0 mana King Krush's. Lots of cool moments!
I think that this card definitely has the potential to be in every Shaman deck minus aggro, it seems that good.
