In the World Championship, the matches went on quite a bit longer than the hours during which the drops were active, so it's also possible that people who tuned in later watched most of their hours outside the time window that counted for the drops.

I've been playing since open beta (except for a few months during GvG when I was bored of the meta) and the golden legendaries I got from packs are:

I've been thinking about disenchanting Temporus and The Voraxx, but I still have some unfounded hope that they'll be useful in a deck some day.

So 8 golden legendaries from packs in 5 years. I put some money into Hearthstone, but not a lot: typically one pre-order or two smaller bundles a year. I do try to get all the freebies I can, by playing every tavern brawl, completing the vast majority of my daily quests and leaving open unfinished arena runs when it rotates.

What does "Standard" mean exactly? It seems currently it means "this deck was in Standard when it was built" (a lot of the imported tournament decks are from before the Year of the Dragon rotation, but still marked as Standard), but when players filter decks to show Standard only, what they likely want to see is decks that are in Standard right now. Like ArcticFox said, it would be better to assign Standard / Wild / other labels automatically based on the cards in the deck.

For those unfamiliar with the deck:

The buffs will certainly help the deck, but SN1P-SN4P may not work very well, because echo doesn't preserve discounts and handbuffs, while the deathrattle messes up the resurrection pool.

The way it is nicely formatted for nested tags suggests it is deliberate. But I don't know if it's intended as an end-user feature or a leftover debugging feature.

    - There is a random "p" down there under the entry text area for replying to a thread (or creating a new one). Pressing it selects all the text in the Text Area. If that is the intended function, it could probably use a rename in front end code

I was also wondering what that "p" was at first, but it seems to list the HTML tags that contain the text you're currently editing. Try moving your cursor into quoted text or change the style from "paragraph" to "heading 1" and you'll see it change. I agree though that it's not very intuitive and people who are not familiar with how HTML works will be even less likely to figure it out.

Hearthstone Deck Tracker has a collection manager, perhaps you could do a partnership with HSReplay.net to sync collections between accounts or you could develop a plug-in for the deck tracker that can sync to an Out of Cards account.

You can insert deck codes, but only on the page you get when you click the top-level DECKBUILDER menu option itself, not if you pick a class from that menu.

I think Extra Arms won't just boost Nomi Priest, but it can enable other Priest decks to use Grave Horror as well. I've won several games with Nomi Priest without actually summoning Nomi, just by summoning two or three 7/8 taunts in one turn.

Brian Kibler played a Mech Paladin deck to legend this month that uses both Crystology and Glowstone Technician, probably similar to the deck that Dakarian describes. Kibler is actually worried that Crystology might be too good at 1 mana, since it was already a decent card at 2. There could also be new decks drawing a bunch of cheap minions and then buffing them. Maybe we'll see Beast Paladin with Untamed Beastmaster?

In Wild I'll certainly be adding Glowstone Technician to my Handbuff Paladin (it already included Crystology).

Thunderhead was already a good card, but is kept back by the current selection of overload cards not being all that great. Having one more health does help it stick around though, so you'll have more time to get value out of it.

A meta is hard to predict, since as decks get stronger, people swap decks to either play those or counter them. For example, I imagine that if Deathrattle Hunter and Mech Paladin see more play, people will start to run more silence effects.

In general I do like buffs. It shakes up the meta, which is good since 4 months between sets can get a bit stale by the end. It's also nice to finally be able to use cards like Luna's Pocket Galaxy and Dr. Morrigan that were interesting but unplayable because of mana cost or stats.

Looks like a fun deck, but I'm missing both Dorian and Betrug and I'm not sure it would be worth playing without those. I'm also missing Rafaam, but that seems far less of a core card.

After the buffs go live, Spirit Bomb might be useful to activate Deathweb Spider's battlecry. Also shuffling in copies of Dr. Morrigan could be really good.

This is a deck I'm working on at the moment. I don't play a whole lot though, so maybe some of you would like to try it and give some feedback:

The archetype is powerful enough that you can win with it on ladder even if you don't manage to draw or activate Star Aligner.

There is a guide inside that describes the game plan and the card choices I made.

Yes, but it delays it by two turns and adds a combo piece, so it becomes significantly harder to pull off. In particular getting a mech to stick into turn 7 will be harder, since AoE like Flamestrike can wipe out Coppertail Imposter.

Infinite damage isn't a problem by itself, for example Quest Mage can throw infinite fireballs. It only becomes a problem if it's too easy to pull off.
