Continuing with our series of theorycraft articles, we have Zoe! We're going to break these decks into 2 groups: those with Viktor and those without.
Zoe With Viktor
NicMakesPlays has actually tried his hand at several different flavors of Zoe + Viktor decks. We're picking this one for its impressive curve -- when in doubt, always bet on the theorycraft decks with the smoothest curve.
BomberTV looks for a more aggressive take, leaning hard into elusives and attack buffs.
BruisedByGod's version looks almost like a merging of the aforementioned, with 2x Give It All as a big finisher.
Finally, we have a more highlander-ish deck from Cephalopod that looks to power-level Zoe.
Zoe with Others
FakeHero3 converted his successful Leona + Lux Allegiance deck into a Zoe + Leona Allegiance deck.
RuneterraDecks tried solo-Zoe in a Purrsuit of Perfection deck using a delicate balance of 1x, 2x, and 3x cards.
RuneterraDecks also created a more support-focused version with Lulu.
Zinke also made an allegiance deck, but he made a slower deck with Aurelion Sol and The Skies Descend as finishers.

Wait... do we actually have more builds for zoe who is expected to be... not good, than we have for viktor?
Its a crazy world we live in i guess... its like you would build more teemo decks than twisted fate decks just for the memes.
But hey proably I am very exeptional with my taste and maybe the majority of players do not care about competetiveness...
Zoe's not that bad if you use her as a 1/1 Elusive that generates cards. Just think of her as something like a 1/1 Elusive that also creates at least 1 "Supercool Starchart" card in hand. Zoe is actually more like a 1 Mana 1/1 Rivershaper with elusive than a true champion.
Keep in mind 4 of these 8 decks are Zoe + Viktor, so only 4 for Zoe without Viktor versus 6 for Viktor without Zoe. We did it like that because we are expecting Viktor to be more independent, but ultimately time will tell.
