We've got a new featured location in Marvel Snap and it's The Triskelion!
The Triskelion is a completely new location being added to Marvel Snap as part of the September Season: S.W.O.R.D. and S.H.I.E.L.D. The turn it is revealed, The Triskelion fills each player's hand with random cards. N.B. - The max hand size in Marvel Snap is seven, and if your hand is full you don't burn any cards. Instead, you simply skip your draw until you have space in your hand again.
The Triskelion's randomness makes it hard to synergize with most cards, but there are still a few ways to benefit from its effect. The most obvious way is with Quinjet, which reduces the Cost of all the cards you get from The Triskelion. Devil Dinosaur is another neat trick, giving the old fossil more Power thanks to all those random cards in your hand. Ronan the Accuser is kind of the same as the Dino, but in reverse. If you can manage to get him on the board before The Triskelion is revealed, The Collector could be another neat choice.
However you choose to plan for the new location, you'd better get used to it; being a featured location means that The Triskelion will show up 40% more frequently for 48 hours, from 8 PM PT Tuesday night to 8 PM PT Thursday night.
Ongoing: +2 Power for each card in your opponent’s hand.
Ongoing: Cards that didn’t start in your deck cost 1 less. (minimum 1)
What Are Featured Locations in Marvel Snap?
There are two different types of location events in Marvel Snap.
- Sunday's hot location that appears 60% more frequently for the next 24 hours.
- Wednesday's featured location that appears 40% more frequently for the next 48 hours.
This helps pave way for new deckbuilding strategies as you may want to be playing something else should the bonus better benefit cards you aren't playing with. For example, we've seen this previously with the featured location, Monster Island, whose boosted appearances meant many players ran Shang-Chi to destroy the 9 Power Monster.
As announced in the developer livestream, Marvel Snap will be getting a brand new location every week and it will be featured when it is added, as we're seeing now with The Triskelion.

I would really lo to read some article about how to play this game (outside Philipines) instead of this non sense weekly post about the stupid location.
It's really easy if you are on Android. Just look up a apk of the game in the Internet and install it (I'm not putting any links here just to be on the save site, but I never had issues with a certain website for apk-mirror s). From there you can just play the game normally and can log in with your google account. If you do that you will even be able to find the app under the installed section in the playstore and can update it just like any other app later.
Alternatively you can also just put on a vpn for any of the soft launch countries, force stop and clear the cache for the playstore and then you should able to find the app in the Play Store through a simple search. If that doesn't work you may have to make a new google account with the active vpn before that. However you can still login with you normal account once you are done.
I don't have a Iphone, but from what I've heard you have to make a new apple account that's set in on of the softlaunch countries and then download it from the store.

However keep in mind that the game is still very much buggy in certain areas and very much unfinished. For example: when I started playing it months ago the game would heavily lag my whole phone during the tutorial, forcing me to restart it. After testing a bunch of stuff I finally found a solution. I had to install the game on a pc emulator, do the tutorial there, log into the game on my phone again and then set the graphic settings from low to high, otherwise the same thing would happen again whenever I que for a match.
well thanks for the explanation, my issue is I only have iOS devices, my only option is to emulate android device in my pc and use VPN, yeah.... you know my hype was massive for this game but I am losing interest, I like to start playing game since the beggining like hearthstone from the beta
