This was a very popular archetype for a while till a few noxious cards got nerfed, well guess what we don't run those cards, and we are playing the new apprehend.
1. Play stuff on curve but be sure to keep noxion fervor open
2. Try to cheat out a darius, and jam 2 mana stun rally
3. If darius dies use the harrowing and jam rally on opponents turn
Understand your keeps, stuff like apprehend, harrowing, demolisionist, really aren't what you want.
Precious pet, into Trafarian hopeful, into spider will present issues for the opponent.
Then try to combo off later with your draws.

You may want to make a slight edit to your claim that you're not playing nerfed cards. Basilisk Rider did get a nerf. It used to be a 5/3. Now it's a 4/3.
It was buffed then nerfed, so it's pretty much even at where it was before
