If an Aqua "Tearlaments" monster(s) is sent to your GY by card effect (except during the Damage Step): You can send 1 Level 4 or lower Aqua monster from your Deck to the GY, but if it is not a "Tearlaments" monster, you cannot activate cards, or the effects of cards, with that name for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Tearlaments Perlregia" once per turn.
