Ress cards are always powerfull, and so is this card. Rally! helps out Tempo/midrange priests and Pure paladin because it's effectively a reload. Well seems like the comment i made about Imprisoned Celestial i made like 30 minutes ago at most aged poorly, because Rally! has a lot of synergy with it. Rally! seems really good. Also if the minions stick Lightsteed can make them hard to remove.
Standard:
Paladin: Will see play in Pure Paladin and Dude Paladin to ress stuff as a reload.
Priest: Will see play in tempo/midrange priest, maybe it will finally take off now that it gets this kinda support. I GLADLY play against those kinda priest decks, than against ress/Value Priest.
Wild:
Paladin: EVEN-costed so that means it's probably not that good, but maybe it will see play in some kind of Pure paladin list?
Priest: Raza priest probably doesn't want it, and Ress/Big priest doesn't want to ress cheap minions. Maybe people will experiment with some kinda of Wild Tempo/Midrange priest? But i don't think it will be that good of a deck.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Fun card, won't be used in big priest decks but maybe decent for standard priests looking to survive with on curve plays.

Looks like a good board refill for a tempoish priest deck.

NUTS in Pala, and in priest there are few good targets, but generally you go to big minions there.
This will break the meta with pure pally or in fact any pally that can curve 1-2-3 into this on 4.
So this will ideally bring back a 1/3, either murglgle or Shotbot, and Goody Two-Shields. On turn 4. And if your opponent has not already exhausted their removals then nothing will get past that three on 4.
If this doesn't get nerfed at some point, I'll be surprised.

TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
This needs a new style of paladin to make it worthwhile. If Paladin gets a good 1-2-3 curve of minions going that are also worth bringing back all at once, this becomes a great card. I just don't know what that combo would be.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
