Well, we already know this card is insanely good. A solid removal/healing tool, worth it even without the Outcast cost reduction. Plus, a staple in Il'gynoth OTK decks.

Even after the nerf, this card still sees a lot of play.
Before the nerf it was bananas and I gues being Fel now is a semi buff?
Solid removal and heal. DH loved this card and it always saw play, even after the nerf. Eye Beam also doesn't feel that bad to play against, and that's something we can all agree on being really important for a DH card.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
It always throws me off the way the rewording works ; if it is outcast, it cost (1), yet it can get discounted to (0) if drawn with Skull of Gul'Dan, unless it is sitting outcast in your hand, then its cost is back to (1) ..!
