Probably too weak for Constructed unless there's some payoff for setting up beasts.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
one mana isn't bad for a 4 damage punch to a minion's face.
2 of this and kodo charge hunter minion is 8 face damage
Maybe a control deck might want to try use this? Doubtful, will probably be better in Arena or could be seen off random card generation.
Imagine Deathstalker Rexxar was able to discover this with his HP

Usually cards like these are typical fodder trash stuff that was included into your packs as filler. But this one actually has applications other than being part of the bin.
For one thing, paladin can actually capitalize on this card better than they could with Imprisoned Vilefiend, because the dormancy is only 1 turn. Play this turn 1, turn 2 buff and take a value trade. Given how difficult it is for paladin to stick a minion down if they're not starting first, this card offers an advantage in terms of tempo, and a chance to use those buffs instead of praying or waiting another 1-2 turns on a sleeping minion.
In other decks, this is removal for 1 mana. And because of the dormancy you can easily time it to do a wipe sweep of the board, and your opponent has to play around it for 1 turn.
All in all, this card definitely has a mountain to climb for viability. Its always going to be outclassed, but if you wanted to, you can just play this card and suffer little drawbacks Id imagine.
WOW, Emerald Skytalon with +2 attack, but is Dormant for 1 turn? INSANEly trash. It even looks so bad, that even in arena you might just skip it.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Meh .... seems like a filler card but nothing more!

Could be OK. An aggressive Beasts deck might want this as a minion that they can play into an AoE turn so they can still have bodies on the board. Definitely depends on the player's ability to anticipate their opponent's moves.

Seems like a decent 1-drop. Pretty much anything your opponent can play will die immediately once this awakens, so they might wait until they can ping it, which might slow them down slightly.
Very good turn 1 play even with dormant, can kill most of 3 drops
Sheeeeesh, enough with the crazy (1) drops already!

I don't think it's COMPLETE filler, but it doesn't really have much upside to it. The dormant guarantees that you can put a buff on it the following turn for example, but that's about it.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
It does have a lot of attack and Rush, but I don't see it being very useful. Don't think it'll see any play.
