This could break the game or just fall flat on its face. It all depends on how easy it is to build a board for this to hit.
You can try to discount it with Bracing Cold but overall I don't think it's consistent enough.
The only way I can see this being used is if Quest Shaman somehow survives the rotation (it probably won't). That way it could end up as a combo piece for an OTK by using it in combination with any token summoning spell (like Feral Spirits)
Other than that...sick artwork.

This is a great card.... provided that you can keep a few minions on the board for at least a turn
This card can legit be one of the best card for shaman, or turn out to be one of the most useless.
The main problem is first developing a board larger than 2, and then having a spell to destroy the opponent from 20-30.
Daunting, but good payoff cards will always have someone to make it happen. And there's a small chance that it might turn out to be a meta breaker.
Here is another OTK card.
First step complet questline and play Stormcaller Bru'kan.
Step 2: Get some minions. (Schooling might help with that)
Step 3: Bioluminescence
Step 4: Scalding Geysers and Lightning Bolts if it's still in the core set.
Step 5: Win.
this seems like a very powerfull card. Also Bracing Cold could discount it so you can OTK faster... I'm already quite scared of this card.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
OTK enabler for shaman which is pretty scary provided they get better token swarming spells aside from Schooling. You could get away with playing this spell on a few big minions too and just hope your opponent can't remove them. Pretty sure this spell will only really work on the turn it's played, coz I'm fairly certain your opponent will try remove as many minions as possible once they see a board full on spell damage minions.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
If you play two of these with seven minions, that's +14 spell damage. Then you just need two Scalding Geyser for a turn 8 OTK. I thought I heard they were moving away from OTKs, though I guess having fewer OTKs is still moving away.
This one has lots of OTK Potential! Swarm the board with cheap minions or spell and burn face!

OK, maybe Piranha Swarmers have a purpose after all. It feels a bit clunky to set up, but maybe, if you really want it to be a thing, you could generate some sort of OTK with Swarmers and Bioluminescence for a pseudo-Malygos to kill your opponent with Scalding Geysers. I do think it's funny that Blizzard knew they had this card in the pipeline when they said, "We're definitely pushing the game away from OTKs." This card is either an OTK enabler or garbage with no in-between.

Eh, works even with frozen minions which seems helpful in the mirror, but I still rather want to Bloodlust my opponent down with the wide board.

I'll just leave this as my entire review of the card. It's possible to OTK with it, but people tunnel visioned on Schooling, whereas Bearon Gla'shear copied by Brilliant Macaw is how you make Bio OP and able to be part of any OTK setup. Questline is also mandatory to enable higher thresholds with the double-cast of spells.
