Well, we saw our first Nerf of the set. Did we learn nothing about this guy with the spells? Colossal minions coming out super fast is scary.
You're looking at at least 6-7 mana to cheat something out, or even more cards to cheat Kael out then a big minion. It's hard to chain minions together, so you're probably only getting this effect once. Which class plays this card? It doesn't seem worth it.

What you're saying is true... It is harder to chain minions together than spells. That being said, Druid, Rogue, Shaman, and Paladin could make excellent use of this card with the little things that support the big things.
Someone will figure out a broken combo with this new Kaelthas during the theory crafting steam, then it'll rage rampant on day 1 launch, with maybe a speedy nerf a week later.
Calling it now. History will repeat itself...

See ya when this gets nerfed to 7-mana and (1)-mana reduction after a week.. Why would they ever do this when they had to re-nerf the original after it instnatly broke Wild.

Ok this is the OTK tool on combo decks for cheating Sire Denathrius. Poor Kael his destiny is always getting nerfed
In standard this might not even be impactful...for now. Basically if you're playing two cheap cards to summon a big boi, along with 6 mana for this card as well, you might as well just use the mana to summon the big boi in the first place.
And since there's no minion that's the equivalent of Ultimate Infestation, this card is simply not the same power level as Kael'thas Sunstrider. Simply put, no one will place a bunch of cheap minions in their deck just to make this work. It worked with sunstrider because cheap spells are good, whereas cheap minions rarely ever are themselves.
Still, rather than waste anyone's time, I think its fair to say that at some point this card will be nerfed. Dont know how or why, but you just cant print mana cheaters and expect them to live.
Five stars, will definitely break the game and be one of the first nerfs.
Original Kael'thas Sunstrider had to be nerfed to make the spells cost 1, so why do they think it's okay for this to generate 0-cost minions?
This somehow will break the game (again). When will they learn to stop making these recurring (0) cost abilities?
Just Blizzard marketing tactics. They know they will nerf this week 1. Just hyping people up to buy packs/bundles.

Broken minion, will be nerfed 100%. Kael'thas Sinstrider into Brann Bronzebeard into Sire Denathrius seems broken. At least thanks to Kael'thas Sunstrider they know how they can nerf this card.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Hoo boy, even if everyone's proposed combos are just getting a 10 mana big minion on turn 7... That's still two big must kill targets on turn 7.
