Redundant at best. Naga priest have reasons to not play too many spells, and this card is so slow, and cannot save the board from freeze effects or board wipes, something naga priest struggles from. Plus, its an eye watering 3 mana. Its hard enough to stick something down, now we're playing this card instead of wig+nagas?
The only reason why I dont think its completely shit is because there's a chance you run this in bless priest as a sort of ultimatum for your massive taunt from Boon of the Ascended. That's it really.
Seems interesting, and it seems NUTS when cast onto Pelagos. untargettable Pelagos sounds like a nightmare to deal with if you dont have any board presence. Yeah this card will see experimentation at the very least, and might just be a surprisingly decent/good card.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Inb4 this card becomes a total nightmare. Someone will find a way to make this work and then everyone will copy it and here comes the cancer.
