Prevents one draw from your opponent in exchange for a random spell.
Arena card at best, because no one will be playing this just to prevent one draw, and it might make it worse as well. Most decks dont tend to rely so much on topdecks, and if your tech is simply to prevent topdeck wins then you've more problems than just including this in your deck.
Sounds like a bit too much of a meme. THe discruption is good, but the fact that it can backfire hard and that you won't get more than one turn out of it makes it unreliable.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
I don't know what the chances are this will actually put something useful on the top of the opponent's deck. I guess it could still be useful even if they can't play it right away.
Can delay your opponent from getting the card they want or give them something better. Especially in a fresh post-rotating meta i feel like the quality of cards that you give to your opponent will be too high quality/good so i dont think this will see play for quite some time. And in arena you want to never pick this.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
