I can certainly see this being played, but not sure how impactful it can be.
The fact is that with the duo tribal tags, you're always likely to buff something in hand, and more often than not it'll be more than 1 minion. So if you can spend 2 mana for a crocalisk that buffs two minions for +1+1, will you play it? I'd say sure, if youre aggro or midrange.
Its the first expansion after rotation after all. Things are bound to be slow enough for this to see play.
I don't know, handbuffing only really works if you can get a big enough handsize to make it worth it. You want to play this on turn 2, but by then it'lll hit like...3 cards and I don't think that's gonna cut it these days.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
I guess this will go in whatever deck runs The One-Amalgam Band.
Good for managerie decks, bad outside of those decks.
Love the fact that the party ANIMAL is a beast. On point in terms of flavor!
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Pretty much the entire reason why people are even considering building around menagerie.
