Im giving this a good rating simply because persistent effects almost always are good and will no doubt see play.
But really, its actually not that great. It doesn't solve warrior's biggest problem and that's actually surviving until this sees play, and then winning the game for you. Blackrock 'n' roll fulfills the latter assuming you still actually have minions in your deck, but odyn merely threatens to do the same and clearly you cannot hold on to all your armor cards until this thing gets played.
And also, unlike blackrock n roll, this card can be sniped. If you entire deck built around this card got sniped by a Dirty Rat, you'll instant concede, and that's not what makes a deck great.
In wild, where there's tons of ways to gain lots of armor, this card is more interesting, although it does need to actually maneuver past the innumerable combo and hyper aggro decks around. There's really not much else I can say other than this card being strong on paper, will see play, but ultimately doesn't bring warrior up to that level it wants to be.
Had to go find the text since the image is the signature version. That said, while I don't think Warrior has quite the armor generation it had in the past, I'm pretty sure it has enough to make this a pretty big threat.
THE pay-off for control warrior and WOW it's strong. Warrior has so many ways to get a LOT of armor. If this thing hits the board, the game WILL end in 1-2 turns.
Also luckely for wild people, after turn 4-5 the game tends to be over so this sees no play. Thank yogg it's EVEN cost. (And RIP Wild if this ever gets nerfed to 9 mana.)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
