At first I was thinking it might be an epic from a miniset that actually sees play and then I see what team5 did to cap it in its knee (not that it has any)
Being a deathrattle means if you cant immediately kill or trigger it its effectively worthless. Even if you can somehow contrive that to happen the most is that this grants windfury to some minions but that's a far cry from actual enders like Grave Strength
Cant imagine this being anything more than a meme card.
This really needed to be a battlecry, not a deathrattle. In the perfect scenario, it will be devastating, but I think it's going to be a rare time when you can pull this off to strong effect.

You can use it with Shattershambler, but that doesn't seem very efficient.
There will definitely be an achievement that requires this card.
Meh seems like dust. This might even be bad in Arena.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
