Even if rogue dragon does not work, this is instented to work with dragons, which makes it a 3 mana draws 3, which is pretty good.
How many good dragons cards are for rogue? That will determine the viability of this card. There's also the new lackey that gives you a dragon. I hope it works because I really want to play a Rogue Dragon deck.

Very hard to judge this card as of now. On the surface its obviously very strong, but we have yet to see if a Dragon Rogue deck could even possibly be a thing. With more support this card will be exceptionally powerful.
3 mana draw 3 cards is realy strong, we will see that card for sure.

Potentially really good, but it depends on what other dragons will exist that Rogue wants to run. As it stands, Waxadred is not enough to make this card good imo.
Better than Arcane Intellect if you can consistently activate it. Remember that Waxadred is a dead card if you never draw a copy that gets shuffled into the deck, though.
I think everyone is forgetting the new lackey which adds a dragon to your hand. You don't even need to run dragons beside Waxadred, with all the lackey generation cards and the Invoke mechanic, it should be easy to discover a dragon to activate this.
I wonder how many dragons you really need to carry for this to be hactive enough.

I mean this one is pretty insane, 3 mana draw 3 when usually you had 2 mana draw 1 it's really REALLY good. I hope this one ends up in every deck for rogue so let's goooo 5/5
i dont really feel like rogue dragon is going to be thing
3 mana draw 3: pretty decent, even more if you couple it with Shadow of Death or Waxadred
it help to draw them but sadly dont help making it cost 3 mana
