It could work with classes with Deathrattle synergy like Rogue and Hunter. Probably could also work with Pally with Shrink Ray, Call To Adventure, Aldor Peacekeeper, maybe even Glowstone Technician
A cool idea, I'm always open to more Secretly cards. That said, this one seems pretty bad and probably won't see any play. A lot of dragons are good because of their battlecries and not because of their stats, so getting a delayed set of stats would mean that the stats have to be really good, like better than an 8/8 (Mechano-egg).
So slow and probably inconsistent but its a fun idea for and egg. Hopefully not abusable.

On average you are getting 8/8 or 4/12 so I suppose it is similar to Mechano-Egg in stats, but without mech tag, which is a serious downside, because almost the only reason to play Mechano-Egg is magnetize... So I would assume this card is pretty much not good enough
