of course you can, before the patch hits you complete one 5 win quest, and then, reroll the one in the same slot of the quest you just did! it worked everytime for me and also work with the third one too after you did the 5 win the second time.
A few hours ago, as I was reading through the comments regarding the nerfs, I saw many comments that it won't be enough. I have the same expression. But than I thought: perhaps this is just a first round of two. They try to target the big powerhouses and look whether it is sufficient to shake up the meta. But they have a watch list of nerf candidates already prepared (Broom, Tickatus, Spring Water, Librams...). They are aware that those crads are borderline broken, but they refrain from nerfing them now because their winrate is currently carried by the nerfed cards. If it turns out, that the meta does not change much, they'll ship the second part.
I believe they did it with the DH nerfs accordingly.
Tried this deck today to get some progress in the DR and Watch Post achievements. After the nerfs that come on Tuesday, do you still consider running the "Watch Post" Package or are you going to drop it?
I don't know if it would be sufficient if Pen Flinger could only target minions. Most of the time it's used to clear your board after the your value trades or to get through that taunt minion you played. And having Rogue in mind this card has to be shut down completely by making it 2 mana imho.
Additionally I would propose that Librams should cost at least 1.
Not only it's not fun to play, it isn't even fun to watch! I loved watching Kibler and Regis playing their off-meta decks. But now I can't stand to watch them play against the same classes and their power turns over and over again anymore.
Blizzard really f'ed up the Barrens release. Not only for the players, but more for themselves. The first two weaks of an expansion viewer counts are the highest. And all they see are bugs and and a unfun ladder experience. That way you can't gernerate new players or get players back.
They put the focus of Druid (except CA), Hunter, Shaman and Warrior on minion based midrange decks. But these types have zero chance right now. They can't keep up with the resources and powerlevel. In some turns Mages, Rogues and Priests can play and generate more cards, than the classes mentioned before do in the entire match.
Also we have to talk about Tickatus. Not that he is unfun to play against or burns my beautiful cards. No, but about his influence on the meta and what decks his existence discourages. He is also responsible for the current meta.

Definitely the best Paladin hero skin of all! I'm a huge fan of it and use it for every "cancer deck" (Hello, Odd Paladin!)

I used a similar list a few days ago. Worked quite good, but I only made a few test games and there weren't so many Paladins and Mages.
I played DH release and Galakrond Shaman meta and I find the current meta much worse.

This is beyond broken. After Incanter's Flow you gain Mana from it. You can play a 1 Mana Spell, draw two cards and still are at full mana.
I play Aggro Shaman. I don't need card draw if the enemy is dead t5.
