So it looks like the effect is confirmed. As others mentioned I guess this is unintentional and will most likely be fixed some time. But we don't have to tell them ;)
I wonder if this works with two open quests and you reroll the left one?
I get those Battlegrounds weeklys quite often (made a posting in the salt thread already). Because of that and the rerolls I have a single weekly quest open in the midweek quite often. Now I noticed that:
-if I've done the weekly "Win 5 ranked" and another weekly quest
-and there is a single weekly quest in the left most slot
-and i than press reroll on that quest
=> I get the ranked quest again!
Maybe a coincidence, but happend two times in a row. So i decided to make the thread, whether other users can confirm. By this way you could get a little bit XP extra, because it is 2,5K for the ranked vs. 1,75K for the others.
Ok. That's good to know. I sometimes do the same and forget to answer. I placed my complaint here because I was unsure if my messages were read. There was a specific question if a PM or the report function is better. So I thought that an answer is likely.
If 0 entries means blocked, I'll do my duty next time.
Sadly two people I reported are still on the list (although with 0 entries) and I didn't get any reply wheter my PMs were helpful or not. 6 pages of forum posts of one user are one word postings.... I expected at least a "we'll take a look"
I had to do some scrolling but I found all the achievements. The last ones where in the collection part. On the left side all the old expansions are shown. Go up and down that and there may be a few. I think mine was the demon hunter initiate set. But look through that.

I have peramently the "unclaimed achievements exclamation mark" on the collection achievements, but there is nothing left to claim. That's only a minor annoyance, but what is even more strange is that I received the achievement for collecting all 170 DMF cards. Because I didn't! There are still some missing, e.g. E.T.C. which I never opened / crafted/ dusted. Therefore I still have the "collect all Warrior cards" still open. So it says that I own all cards of the set, without owning all Warrior cards of the set?! I guess the exclamation mark is connected to that second error...

Yea, normally it's "missing" which can be combined with e.g. the rarity, like "missing epic".
