That’s not even that powerfull tbh. It‘s a 28 damage 5 card combo, 6 cards to top the 30. The later one with power word shield requires topsy turvy without mana reduction.

But this effect is broken with small Summoned minions, for instance reborn

Against conjurer? How? You can play this in 2 Situations:

    1. They got a giant on board that you can‘t remove. This very same giant attacks, gets conjurerd and one of the two new giants gets killed. Congratulations, you lose anyways.

    2. They got no giant. They‘ll just throw a banana buffon or whatever into play and trigger the Secret.

Not to mention. This deck plays mirror image. If anything, conjurer mage counters this secre

Nope. It‘s more like a last resort for some decks. You simply play Mecha‘thun with one spell left in your hand. The spell triggers the Secret and you win

Idk it‘s deadly shot for one less mana but your opponent decides when to trigger it. He even can attack first. Very situational, useless against aggro.

At best for the Secret synerg

They abandonned the random deck fillers! This is so awesome! Even if those cards aren‘t meta, they invite to think and will be great when randomly generated. Not to mention the arena quality

This doesn’t need any support! It‘s a neutral 1 mana minion. Just thinking pogo.

Tak Nozwhisker + Toggwaggles scheme and you have 7 of those beautys in your Hand.

    Gonna try day 1

This thing will for sure spice up the arena play. Note: it‘s a Common!

From now on you want to trigger mage secrets as fast as possible!

This makes drafting mage decks kinda difficult tbh, secrets are simply to inconsistant and good players generally don’t fall for them. But this card and the 2/3 bordclear should be worth i

As said and repeted many times, wild exists to have design space.

Besides, as if wild wasn‘t broken already...

It‘s important to print cards that take classes in new directions once in a while, otherwise mage would play conjurer and giants for the whole year of the Dragon.

Trust me, their Intention is certainly not to randomly buff Secret mage in wild

This type of effect hasn‘t been meta in the past (does anyone remember sudden genesis?).

But 3 mana is very cheap! Improve moral could be a good activator. You could for instance double your Armagedillo at 10 mana and buff your Hand by +4/4! Seems solid... but it‘s not very usefull in existing warrior lists.

How about taunt/beast warrior with oondasta, armani warbear and witchwood grizzly...? Maybe Akali? Would be a refreshing playstile for warrior

Are we talking about the same card? Card generation is definitly not card draw.

So i had this insane mage arena draft.

3 Firelands portals, flamestrike, blizzard, 2 frostbolts, flamelance, Fireball, 90% well stated minions and to top it of, a ton of spell synergy. Not a single bad or useless card. As you would expect i did pretty well and finished 12-1. I got really excited for the gold reward this close to the new expansion and what did i get??? 235  measly gold ffs! Those arena rewards are so stupidly random!

Little upside: i won a game with 10 healt remaining and a random generated counterspell agains an obvious pyroblast

It‘s an epic though, won‘t see much play in arena. As long as they don’t boost this card.

I wouldn‘t write this card completly off for constructed. The stat distribution is not great but the effect would justify a 4/5. The extra attack is just bonus.

It‘s trading at worst 2 for one (as long as we forgett dynomatic but this card is busted anyways).

From a tempo perspective, it‘s still just a 5 mana 3/5. Not exactly what i would consider one of the best cards in the set.

The random minion (allthough surprisingly good) is probably underperforming without the needed synergy. So thats an other tempo loss here. We‘ll see if Vendetta and Tess are strong enough to justify this card.

The rush aspect is cool and may push a control-ish rogue style allthough 3 attack is often not enough on turn 5...

Final Note: I miss the 50% to hit another target!

Amazing deck! I feel bad for my oponents, those final animations must be painfull..

I don‘t own the pocket galaxy and replaced it with more draw at first but that‘s definitly not needed. A doomsayer fits perfectly though! Helps in allmost every game and i‘m even thinking about a second one. It would replace Magic trick, since it’s probably one of the weaker cards. he quest completion is never a limitating factor.

Let‘s compare it to Prince Keleseth. For the cost of no 2-drops, you get a potentially game winning effect in 1/4 of the games (assuming you saw 7-8 cards of your deck on turn 2).

The consistancy remains high because the 2-mana gap can often be closed by double 1-drops. The Payoff is undoubtly worth it.

Now sir Finnley is a whole new story. With 3 premium aggro heropowers (Paladin, rogue, hunter), you have roughly a 50/50 Chance to hit or miss. That means he pays off only every 8th!!! Game. And not only that:

    - The heropower is way less gamewinning than the Keleseth buff

    - There is no synergy between heropower and deck

    - Changing your heropower can even be a downside when you miss the good ones.

No matter how good or consistant the singelton aggro deck is, it almost never is worth it.
