I’m not sold on the idea of meta reports on OOC when all other HS sites do it better. VS has hard data and professional statisticians to interpret it.
I’m biased here, but one area that is relatively unexplored and in which OOC could stand out is fan card creations. Reddit is a forum and isn’t well adapted for posting cards (also, well, it’s Reddit).
If OOC had a dedicated space for that (and not just a subforum) then it could stand out.
I guess everyone here is familiar with the concept of power creep, that is when some new cards are strictly better than some old cards. I won't give any examples because this expansion has plenty and it's easy to find some.
What is less talked about is rarity creep. That is, when card effects previously printed as epic or legendary are now printed on cards with lower rarities.
Here's what I mean:
I feel like this is a problem. Since the transition from 1 to 2 legendaries per class per expansion in 2017, legendaries (both class and neutral) have become more specialized and specific (Zilliax and SN1P-SN4P are recent exceptions), while in the past legendaries were more versatile and those that were good were auto-includes (think OG Dr. Boom). Nowadays however legendaries are often the foundation for an archetype, and most decks need to contain specific legendaries to be viable on ladder, which means that new/f2p players need to focus on legendaries for a specific archetype that often won't be used elsewere. So they're stuck with basically one deck.
I guess everybody agrees that this expansion's general power level is off the roof, perhaps even more so than KFT two years ago. What worries me in the most is that; in this sea of OP cards, warlock's cards are very weak in comparison. [Hearthstone Card (Supreme Archeology) Not Found] is a joke and is even worse than Lakkari Sacrifice. Tekhan is nice but unlike The Caverns Below, it requires to be drawn. Overall, I think Lackey support won't save zoo.
Very disappointed about the change to [Hearthstone Card (Succubus) Not Found]. It was clearly done for puritanical reasons. Changes to the other sexy chicks bother me less because the sexiness is still here :D
The other, non-sex related are postive. The new arts are much better, even though these cards weren't the worst offenders.
Consecration: How is the art Warcraft-related? It looks like it comes straight from MTG. It's also very ugly.
I liked the filter system there was on Hearthpwn. I would like to see the same there, as well as the ability to choose AND/OR connector between filters (and therefore the possibility to make filter groups). Advanced filtering capabilities are very useful for fan card makers (to compare stats and such). I know the regular HS player won't need those but they aren't forced to use it. I still think the current mono-choice system is too restrictive even for a regular player.
Also, choices in the expansion list can't be de-selected. There should be a "--------" option like other select bars.
Oh, so that explains why Warlock received two meme sets in a row.
My favorite moment so far has been the trailer. I listened to it in all languages it was made in!
Thanks for the interview!

What do you think? Is it a problem for you?

RIP warlock players.

Sometimes I wish no keyword were class-specific.
You know what I'm talking about.
Dammit.

Something interesting they could do is card arts that depend on which hero is used. For instance:
EDIT: Shit, I didn't notice the other arts were changed because of the gore. Well, at least the new arts are of better quality I guess.

Hir'eek, the Bat. Not even up for debate.
Gratz and thanks for the shout-out! I too wonder why I didn't make it to the finals
