That would kill its viability in Standard until it rotates.

Here's my dream, ban cards in wild semi frequently, then release a format even wilder than wild with no banned or nerfed cards.

I understand that the nature of swing turns are here to stay, that's completely fine with me too as big swings are important for the game. However, I hope a mass rebalancing would mean that players don't need to rely on their swings being what decide the game, if everything is weaker than the swings won't absolutely win each game and would allow for someone who's kept up pressure to hang on a little.

It'd also open up the opportunity for more experimentation with gimmicky or garbage decks and archetypes. It'd benefit the game through and through.

The thought of a mass card nerf actually makes me so happy.

I adore Hearthstone and have loved the game for years. But this year in particular it's felt like there's no real play between both players, just "Ook I play my power turn" followed by "Ook Ook I have the clear" or die. There hasn't been anything really "midrange", even the most minion based decks have an insane amount of board.

Really hope they go through with a game wide decrease in power.

I created a new variation of this list to better deal with all of the combo decks running amock.

After playing this deck for a while I believe that it doesn't draw enough cards for Irebound Brute and prefers the more combo focused variant with Youthful Brewmaster. My current list runs Insatiable Felhound and it seems to work pretty well, but the archetype could do with more refinement in general.

The shudderwock guide definitely deserves first place, glad to see I was at least a runner up though!

Druids have received Token support in most of their expansions for the past couple years. I was really excited for Feral Druid when the quest was revealed but seeing them then get two cards to support it and a bunch of stuff for token Druid feels kinda bad.

Heres hoping they get something neat come the miniset.

I designed a little Fel based Control Demon Hunter. It utilizes the new Fel stuff, Soul Fragments, and the new draw oger to control the board so you can eventually burn down your opponent with Jace Darkweaver. The deck guide was a lot of fun to write so I hope you all enjoy reading it! I'm excited that a slower Demon Hunter archetype received support and hope it turns out alright.

This one was pretty fun, the alliance gang seems much more serious and edgy than the horde pals so far.

I don't think they mean a code bound limit. I think it more means design generation cards in a way where you can't go near infinite. Avoid situations where classes are generating enough cards that they generate more generate cards and go off.

If you look at the 4th screenshot you can see that Xyrella and Cariel's images are miscropped since there's white at the top. There's also a lot that looks off visually. Like the deckholders being pitch black and the battlefield looking exceptionally empty.

Don't get me wrong I think it looks like it'll be sick, but it seems that it's still got a bit to go with visuals and some ui design. Visuals are often done later in the process anyways so I don't think it'll be too crazy long of a wait.

Nah I don't think they're the same, Cariel and Tamsin both have the white streak in their hair. Judging by how Cariel is alive and has it I imagine that Tamsin had it whilst alive as well.

I think it's random actually. I haven't preordered an expansion in a couple years and got offered the 35$ one. You can also get offered two separate ones on phone and computer.

It should've been hit two targets since the beginning, A Cleave with the potential to be much stronger, provided you put in the attack buffs.

I think that most people don't want to see these explanations and that those people believe it clutters the patch notes. Personally I like these but also see the advantage in haven't clean and uncluttered patch notes.

Evolve Shaman and Miracle Rogue will probably be top decks, but importantly they're new decks. Technically old archetypes but ones we haven't seen in a long time, they also look very different from their past counterparts.

Each deck hit here has been around for at least an expansion, even if Darkmoon made them stronger.
