I'm saying that for 4 mana you would normally get 9 stats...while this card has an insane effect while only going down to 7 stats. Maybe I worded that poorly.
5 mana is 9 - 11 stats
4 is 6 - 8 stats (Sometimes 5 stats depending on the effect)
Priest got a legendary spell last expansion and Mage is spell oriented deck so it only makes sense. I just randomly thought this and so I go to check if there is an upcoming card with a carnival tent in it and there is. I am guessing its the legendary mage spell.
If you have a murloc, beast, pirate, dragon, and elemental on board it would cost 5 less but you mostly want this card turn 3 because anything cheaper than that is unlikely
LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the dream is play a secret before turn 4 play Occult Conjurer turn 4 and hopefully have your secret up turn 5 to play another Occult Conjurer and hopefully be able to deal at least 8 damage to face.

This is definitely better than Shadowstep in a value rogue deck but you would still run at least 1 shadow step with it anyways
he already has poisonous though but maybe you can do a faceless manipulator combo

Just 1 flare should be fine though I predict secret rogue, secret hunter, and secret mage will all be a thing

Well actually I guess it could be used as a Kronx Dragonhoof to draw a C'thun piece or C'thun itself

I LOVE SECRET MAGE. I hate playing against it. Time to run Flare if you're a hunter player.
This is definitely for a combo deck I don't see any reason to run it in any other deck.
It's basically The Darkness with 16 less health and attack, it doesn't go dormant and has a different card text.
