I've also been playing since GvG, and so I might hit a few legendaries that I never got back in the day, but wouldn't bother crafting since I rarely play wild. Either way it's fun opening 56 packs, and will put me on track for a ton of dust for the next expansion.
There's literally no reason for any community member to get hung up on a url. You follow and support the content creators you like. I'm done with Hearthpwn, and I'm here for Out of Cards. Best of luck to the new owners of Hearthpwn. If they show themselves to be competent content creators I'm sure I'll end up back on the site at some point, but I'm not visiting the url for at least three months while Out of Cards gets up and running. I'll get my updates here.
Giving $5/$20 to the prize pool is pretty cool. While I understand the cap, it would be better if it was just a lower percentage after this threshold so that folks could still support the players. See if they can sell another 25,000 bundles with $2/$20 going to the players.
Hunter was absolutely out of control. Even after this fix it's a good strategy to keep the board clear of every single mech. Magnetizing a Piloted Shredder is often just game winning.
Lost last night with Warlock, but breezed through the 12 bosses today with Paladin (normal). I've cleared chapters 1 - 4 heroic, but I can already tell this is going to be brutal on Heroic.
However, I did get a game-breaking combo with Paladin even though I didn't draw it the final three bosses. If you reduce the cost of Sound the Bells! to 0 in Bob's tavern, the echoes also cost 0. It's way more consistent than the treasure that turns your minions into legendaries, even if casting it 70+ times takes a while (turn your speakers down if you get tired of the CLANG every time you play it).
This is the right way to do heroes, bundles, and esports. Team 5 has really been firing on all cylinders since the first Year of the Dragon announcements (and for awhile before that). We're finally getting nimble and dynamic updates on a regular basis, the way a digital card game should be.
