    Well I’m in gold now, and I just gotta say that one extra card to level him up really made the difference. ( extreme sarcasm).  The Nerf to wiggly at least slows the steamrolling down but damn he is just so efficient when I have the stuff that should kill him he blocks it and then manages to level himself in the next turn. I silenced him 3 times. This card still needs an adjustment. 

    Anyone able to think of a more valuable champ

    Seriously are you gonna balance this fucking card or not because it’s straight up bullshit. Even with the hand to negate this shit you can’t beat it. Player levels of up  Lis. Is handed the watcher. No problem I got a fix for it. He drops it I immediately hush it. And then drop a  Mindsplitter to make sure it won’t get to attack again. That should be the prefect damn block and I’m lucky I had those exact cards in my hand to counter this overpowered bullshit. Crisis averted or so I thought. He copies the watcher at burst speedand drops him for zero cost. And then attacks with him.

     

    This card simply needs nerfs I don’t know why anyone plays anything else it just inferior to this deck.

    Make them draw the card.

    Change Lis so she has to see two 8 cost cards played. Leveling a champion who is excessively easy to level to give you the win condition is bullshit. No other champs are this good. Zoe if she levels she can give you the game if you have the right cards. But she has to survive. If Lis was I’ve seen you play two 8 cost cards this would be fine. I’d be almost ok with the user getting basically unblockable finisher because this is a little harder to do  not really that hard but at least better than the easy bullshit we got now.

     

    Change the watcher to reduce its cost  by 2 for every +8 cost card they play so it isn’t as easy to drop two of them in a single turn. Maybe make it 3 per +3 cost making it cost less is just impossible to stop.

     

    Allow people to attempt to counter it. If it’s effect was the same as Maokia at least it would make dealing with this card feasible.

    Here in silver I have maybe seen this deck like once. I’ve read numerous things about this being basically straight up broken. I guess I’ll just do expeditions once I reach gold. Instead of playing the same deck over and over and over again.

    Although even in silver if I see TF I murder him,  he is simply to dangerous to let live. And Peoples ability to level him in one to two turns means you kill him quick or lose. I can’t think of a champion i find more problematic. Before Sol’s level up became a bit harder I found him problematic but after the adjustment I think he is fair. I use him but I rarely see him.

    I feel bad for Maokai  players.

    I think the watcher needs an adjustment. If it had the same effect as Maokai  it would be ok. As it stands though it’s win condition is just unmatched IMO. 

    What is everyone else thinking?

    I wouldn’t advocate for changing the speed that would overly nerf the card. After using it and playing with it for awhile I don’t think 2 mana would be unreasonable,  wasting 1mana a turn to keep a save is very very acceptable. Wasting 2 mana a turn to keep a save probably not even going to phase ramp with all that extra mana they generate.

    Still this card feels broken. Could be that this is because I don’t have hard removal my removal is dependent on big units doing damage to what I need to move through single combat or just straight up challenging. Getting double flash freezed several times a game is straight up obnoxious.

    spell shield flash freezed twice.

    flash freeze my unit doing damage .... hush my own unit so it will deal damage...... flash freeze again....... Le sigh

    Been playing against. Now I’m playing with to see how it works. Still 1 to pick the card you need from three amazing choices feels strong it it was more random or cost more. You can’t clear champions easily against this at least not in the matches I’ve played tonight. Reactionary this

    Man being able to pick for one mana sure makes that a damn good card. I think it may be the best one mana card in the game. It’s a save in numerous occasions. If it was random or the mana cost was higher but as it stands I think it might be the best 1 card in the game. They spell shield to block frost bite give your unit some extra health.

    Just Stalled Shurima out he gave up round 15 when I had 7 cards and he had one. My draws were pretty excellent. I was waiting for his 7 mana slow spell to double level his hero’s. If you don’t have an answer to this ready to go I’m pretty sure you are fucked. 
    Feels much strong than Sol

    Moonlight Affliction after someone drops Feel the Rush is an amazing counter and  the reason I have 5 silences. Plus the five I had wasn’t enough to deal with nasus so clearly they are or something else is needed.

    Demica / Targon I can’t think of a way to kill him.

    I found the +3 +1 for 1 mana when it auto starts with a landmark a bit much. Also I burned 5 silences over 4 turns and still found myself unable to kill Nasus he’s a 2/2 damnit he shouldn’t be that difficult to kill. Also I challenged and used a strike. Shurima had an answer for everything I threw and I felt I had a lot

    These new cards wow just wow. I know you gotta sell stuff but last time I read you guys were the most profitable gaming company out there and I didn’t even mind giving you my money to buy unnecessary cosmetics. 
    This new region seems very overtuned like their cards are just straight up better than what has previously been released. 

    Anyone else getting this feeling? Adding another Deny just pushes expensive slow spells to another level of irrelevance. I don’t have a single one in any of my decks. I am tempted to remove all fast spells as well.

    I bitched about hush when it was first released. Watched it get nerfed a bit. My dragon deck has 3 copies of hush. Any deck I build with Targon has 3 copies of Hush. I use Targon where I might use other regions because Hush.
    Hush is very powerful. It costing just spell mana is comical. 
    Also spellshield should be a single turn

    I find myself getting rushed a lot more often. Especially from Riven / Lee Sin

     

    Out of 40 Cards I had 3 that cost 6 and above. Am I the only one have a problem with the resurgence of the burn? Lee sin leveled with overwhelm is basically death unless you have a silence.

    Freljord is fine undead Anivia has the healing to stop you aggro rollers. With the addition of gluttony that bitch is basically endless. I have 8 silences, 5 challengers, 2 single combats, and grand plaza this deck should counter her hard. I didn’t build it for her but it should counter her and that bitch just keeps coming back I killed her 6 freaking times Anivia should be sticky but she shouldn’t be this fucking sticky. Gluttony needs to cost more or only be useable on followers because seriously this bitch is OP. 
    0-4 vs undead Anivia. It is currently the only deck I’m afraid of

    Anyone else having this problem. 
    Freljord healing identity is alive and well IMO.

    As a super casual player I’m feeling more pressed than the last event simply because some of these cards feel necessary. Personally it feels grindy but like I said I’m a super casual. I don’t like that if I am unable to finish I might be handicapped but if  you can buy the cards with shards and wild cards after the event it won’t matter.

     

    i play enough to have a large amount of wild cards and shards.

    A 10/10 teemo is a show stopper. Card is a heavy finisher. Feels like whoever plays it first wins unless their opponent ha one or the few counters in their hand. A Ruination or a swiftfoot are about the only thing stopping this.

    Can anyone see a reason to not run three of these in their deck? Landmark removal or a wounded  unit killer as a fast spell. It’s an absolutely fantastic card I guess Nox was hurting. I don’t think they were but this fabulous card should be really helpful to balancing things out. It’s just like crumble as a landmark removal except it’s fast. It cost less mana and it doesn’t require you to burn a unit to use it but just like crumble.

    I did not like this expansion when it first dropped and struggled to find what I wanted to do with it after losing countless games with the deck that carried me to gold last season, I nearly quit. Then I built a deck specifically to deal with star spring bullshit and I’ve won 70% of the games against star spring since then. I feel comfortable against every deck if I draw the right cards I can beat every match up. Most loses are still to aggro but there are less of them.
    I have howling abyss in my deck I didn’t think much of it at first but the free extra card per turn just pushing me over the top my goal is to stall my opponent and then grind them down. Had to add some aggression to my deck after getting 3 +20 round games but now I am able to knock down deep and Sol decks and live long enough to mostly stall aggro. I built to fight star spring didn’t think I would enjoy that but i am.

     

    very thankful for the Hush and Bastion nerf.

    Landmarks feel very powerful to me. But with star spring reducing the appearance of aggro decks I guess I’m ok with it

    This gonna be played with lee sin so he has even more of a chance to one shot you. How no one seeing this? With a deck that blocks vengeance and frost bite....
