It was there when the stream started and I haven't refreshed the tab so I still have it, but many people in chat and Reddit are also saying they can no longer see the connected status. Hopefully they'll fix whatever is wrong with the thing soon.
Top 1000 legend only shows two decks in total so I would say no.
The Pirate versions do surpass this Shadow Priest though already at Legend, and Mecha'thun Warlock becomes the king (it's also the better one of the two decks shown at top 1000).
When sorting Wild decks by winrate (Diamond-Legend ranks), that exact list is still the best performing Shadow Priest with relatively many games played (66+ % winrate, 1100 games). The next two Pirate based lists have 62+% WR (710 games) and 61+% WR (1100 games). Weird things are weird.
Other changes since this post was written: Pirate Warrior is now #1 and the Combo Priest overtook its Shadowy brethren. A Token Druid list also popped up to claim the top Druid spot.
I mean I did think it in my head as Voltron with certain letters replaced by numbers but it seems I didn't check very carefully what I ended up with...(fixing it)
I did see that in your guide but weird combos have their own audience and I trusted people can make their own decisions; it's not wrong to warn them beforehand though if you feel you've made something particularly wonky.
No mention of packs in the announcement blog, or anywhere else that I know of.

The original blog remains unedited but the full rules indeed seem to suggest 2 packs each week. Everyone should definitely test that then.

Just noticed the same and fixed it; the wrong Sleight of Hand might cause some "happy" matches if it truly was the collectible card's Hero Power.

Pantheon's theme is definitely one of the best LoL champions themes.
Several flavor texts reference Pantheon so yes, he's definitely coming as people already speculated based on Battle Bonds alone.
