As a F2P guy with not a lot of wild cards the Heroic was a problem for me. But I made it work with a cheap rogue poison/silence deck, main plan is to Sap, silence or poison the huge buffed minions as they come out, use Shadowstep and Daring Escape on the silence minions and Plaguebringer so you don't run out of answers. You do need Alexstrasza to finish the boss off but other than that it's pretty cheap standard stuff.
If you don't have Flik Skyshiv, use Assassinate or Walk the Plank instead. The Galakrond package is almost certainly unnecessary, though the card draw and lackeys to use with Plaguebringer are helpful.
Congrats! I'm at 3 which is my highest ever (I'm f2p), I've been playing deathrattle rogues for the last two meta's, it's finally good! Sadly I can't be bothered to grind for legend even tho it's probably quite doable.
100pc agree. Super aggro is often beating this deck BEFORE the nerfs let alone now it will be that much slower. We may end up with a horror meta of warrior/warlock/hunter fighting it out to see who can hit the face for 30 quickest.
The meta has already moved towards super aggro decks (especially the really nasty Face Hunter) that beat Galakrond Shaman and Apothecary Rogue, so I'm not sure how much this will really shift things. As a Rogue player I already beat Shaman unless they got four 5/6 taunts out relatively quickly.
I personally don't think there should ever be room in the meta for the kind of extreme aggro deck that relies entirely on getting good draw with no skill and just smashing the face as. That's not fun to play with or play against.
But IMHO the solution is to moderate the aggro options rather than expand the deck size which would mean that control games would take way too long.
Shaman is definitely OP, constant rush minions and then four 8/8 bodies with quest is hard to deal with. Hopefully it will get some sort of nerf if it's still a problem once the meta settles.
I think it will definitely work best in Galakrond rogue, it's going to be overflowing with Lackey's from invoking so this is a moster turn five or six play, you get the battlecry from the lackey and then turn it into a 5/4 with rush, that's huge board clear for a class that struggles with board clear. It may even double hit with Spirit of the Shark?
Not sure if it would ever see much play but turn 9 onward you could use Leeroy Jenkins to give you opponent two whelps (which are dragons) to activate this.
Could be useful to remove a large taunt stopping you from getting that winning charge from Leeroy perhaps?
This needs to be hand buffed for real value, but that makes it a late game play, which doesn't synergize with an aggro deck. Will be interesting to see if this works or not.

Exactly what I was planning to have fun with in casual! Should work in an Umbral Skulker deck.

It's hard for all classes against Shaman right now so that shouldn't be the focus.
IMHO it has to be aggro to work because there's not a lot of tempo in the meta so you need to compete with aggro decks and beat control for speed.

Fun deck!
You might consider running Hoard Pillager to get the Necrium Blade back after it's expired for even more annoying birds :D
Needs more legendaries ;)
100% filler.
Seems slightly OP with the +2 spell damage, feel like +1 would have been better balanced.
I'd definitely play this with Necrium Blade in Deathrattle Rogue if it was a 4/3, it's a shame it is so easy to remove.
Enchanted Raven is back!
I think this may get overrun by aggro in the early game?

Seems very strong, but there's a natural, neutral counter in Kobold Stickyfinger so I don't think it will be meta-defning.
I think this has the potential to be even better when we get lackey generation from invoking Galarond soon!
