freezes a minion, and summons two water elementals.
it's fine for it's cost but it's too slow. Like others have said Kael'thas would make this much stronger, and any mana reduction in general makes it more playable
probably one of the stronger dormant demons, he'll deal 5 dmage somewhere on turn 4, and if you're opponent doesn't have a board that means 5 damage to face
This card seems like something you'd want in a beast focus deck but then you don't want to run the chance of buffing a really weak minion, you want something to be specifically buffed like Zixor prime or the porcupine or something that will be thrown out there with Rexxar's dad
this is a good card for a deck with deathrattles, the stat line and rush means it'll trade and activate the deathrattle of the friendly minion (that augmented porcupine, for example)
2/4 rush deathrattle won't favorably trade or activate in early game, leaving him open to silence
and if you do pull it off you'll have to draw his prime form to activate it's effect. Fortunately Hunter did get that Griffin in Dragons that draws other rush minions...
Mana cheat is always strong, even if it's a tempo loss.
what makes this card gross is that it can be discovered off of Cheap trick, making it easier to discount your spells in your deck
it sounds good but there's plenty of 4 drop minions that are pretty pitiful, it probably won't make the deck slot like Flame Ward did
It's good value, but why would you want to run a deck with no minions in it, just to keep 3 random ones ?
This is a strong card against aggressive and zoo decks, two arcane blasts will set up most boards to be destroyed by whatever you throw out next.
The stat line isn't terrible either, spider-tanks always see play

He's got vanilla stats for cost, and a great effect.
Secret Mage might make a comeback with this guy
Wonder how you'd construct a no minion deck.
It's probably better as a late game removal when your deck's almost empty and you're running low on resources
I can't wait for The Amazing Reno to cast this and then burn a card needed to stabalize or win the game
That said a card like this is pretty nice in an aggro mage deck that's looking for burn
or heck even for streamers who just want a fun RNG turn to entertain their audience with
It's strong in it's base form, Mage's love cheap minions with spell damage.
The Prime is very interesting, most mage spells blow up minions, so this is a body with a whole lot of board clears.
Should be fun to play
it's a solid 1 drop so it'll see play. The deathrattles just icing on the cake, doesn't matter if it whiffs or not

This is like a better splitting image, consistent stat line that will also have the deathrattle effect of whatever it's copied.

4 mana deal 3 isn't terrible, it might see play simply because it doesn't have to be used on a minion
it's a slower dispatch kodo, and instead of all that extra damage at a directed target it's spread about like arcane missiles.
hand buffing for hunter also looks too slow to be reliable, it's neat but probably won't see constructed play
this is a big card, not just in stats or mana cost but how it can be played.
Lot of posters already mentioned Kaelthas being used to activate this card early, or even using the card as a 10 mana finisher.
other classes will have to rely on a board to protect them if this card becomes a staple in Hunter lists...

This guy is an almost full board for 8 mana and if you're hand's sculpted right could do some MASSIVE damage to your opponent.
cards like Tundra Rhino and Savannah Highmane might come back to midrange hunter with this guy
3 mana deal 3 damage is pretty weak, considering warlock has 3 mana deal 4
now, 0 mana deal 3 will absolutely see play, possibly even with gadgetzan auctioneer as they use this to cycle through for the good stuff in your deck
