It seems to be a decent card, but I don't know if it is good enough to find a place in the current druid decks. It has decent options to choose both, but I don't know what it would replace. So many of the current choose cards curve out so well that doesn't seem to be much space for a one mana play.
Am I wrong for being glad this contest is at the bottom of a long news article that many people won't scroll through? On one hand I know these style contests are designed to create social media views, but on the other, the fewer that enter, the better my chances of winning.
I believe the counter doesn't go up if you concede the game. You have to win or let your opponent kill you. If they choose to BM you just have to suffer through it.
I'm going to leave the irony of having a brawl full of murlocs the day after removing the quest to play murlocs and instead speculate on which class to play. Do I try mage (maybe shaman) and hope for the board clears or opt for Druid and hope for the board buffs?
Chances are your opponent hasn't planned their deck or mulligans to take advantage of 10 mana on turn 4/5 while you have. I think the card has a chance.
My first golden hero was Priest, but I got it way back in the days of Dragon Priest from Blackrock Mountain. Priest has been my favorite since I started playing. I'm proud to say I never played Raza or Big Priest. I'm about 4 wins shy of 1000. My second was Paladin and he came from a build of Murloc Pally back in the days of Anyfin can Happen. The next closest are Mage (Tempo mage with exploding runes was fun), Shaman (I loved evolve Shaman with the deathknight), and Hunter (mech hunter has been fun) that are all around 400. I've never been good with Rogue, don't like the style of play for Warlock, and find Warrior boring. Druid I've only ever found entertaining with the Hadronox deck.
We know that Ragnaros the Firelord and N'Zoth, the Corruptor are going to be included in the group of 23 cards that will be in standard for the upcoming event. Let's start some speculation on what the other 21 cards will be.
We know that it will have to be cards that are currently in Wild or the Hall of Fame. I suspect that it won't be just legendary cards that get added in. The announcement said it would be "some of the most popular and game-changing cards from across Hearthstone history".
I'm going to say that Sylvanas Windrunner and Dr. Boom will be cards that they bring back. I also think that Grim Patron has a chance to make an appearance.
Anyone else have thought as to what might show up? Do you think they will include Death Knights?
I would love to see more about some of the previous expansions. The adventures (RIP) seem to have plenty of story that could edutain those of us who didn't/don't play WOW. Nax and BRM from when the game still carried the "Heroes of Warcraft" tag would be fun.
Those viewing times don't look right. Is it really 6 pm to 1 pm each day (a 19 hour event that goes from early evening to afternoon the next day) or is it 6 am to 1 pm (a 7 hour event that goes from morning until afternoon)? The apparant error is in the official announcement.
I'm pretty excited to play with the new recipes. Hopefully I'll get more of the lists that are highlighted here and less of the updated ones from last expansion.

Hunter's Pack is my favorite so far. I've always liked random card generation. With this one there are enough card types being generated that at least one of them has a good chance of being useful.
No, it was stated as a fact. If you are just using a figure of speech you don't put an number to it. Saying something along the lines of "it feels like they have revealed almost all the other class cards" would qualify as just an expression. Actually putting a number in there implies you have done some kind of analysis to generate the number. Critical thinking and fact checking are important skills to learn.
Has anyone else gotten matched against the warrior mercenaries deck (I forget the number) that has 4 copies of Patches the Pirate in it? I won two games with my initial big druid deck, then two games a dragon paladin deck. My first match against the warrior deck saw me losing on turn 5. Then I beat a hapless Warlock and felt so dirty that I decided to throw my next game to get that deck out of the contest. Unfortunately it seems to have spread faster than Hakkar, the Soulflayer's plague and it was the next four decks I played against. I think I'm done with this brawl.
p.s. I hope I did the card linking thing right. If this shows any edits it was to fix that.
I think revealing all of the cards implies that you'll see the priest cards, too.....
they nearly showed 80% of all the classes' card but priest, who got only 2 revealed cards so far, we want to have a peek at every class, leaving priest for the final reveal stream means he will get a good boost this expansion by saving him for last, let's hope at least.
Ok, I'll be the math critic here. Please don't make up percentages just to emphasize a point. Revealed cards so far: Druid 4/10, Hunter 5/10, Mage 6/10, Paladin 6/10, Priest 2/10, Rogue 5/10, Shaman 6/10, Warlock 6/10, Warrior 5/10, Neutral 10/44. Quick math gives me 43/80 non Priest class cards. I don't think anyone would call that "nearly 80%" of the other classes. There are still 26 more planned card reveals before the final dump. Im expecting all classes to have 6 revealed cards before the final stream. Just be patient and they will come.
Getting two copies of Hand of Rafaam makes for a pretty trivial run. It's a guaranteed 20 or so damage over the first three turns. Then they either lose tempo by tossing the cards or they keep taking huge damage each turn.
