Oops, missed that. Not my best, but I didn't think I'd get that.

I'm at my best when the party,

My big plans will get started,

I'm pretty happy with with my card now. I'll fix the typo, and submit.

Apparently forgot to hit Enter on the edit for feedback yesterday, and it's now woefully out of date, so here goes again!

Welcome to the competition! I would say this is slightly undercosted, just because of how powerful Hero Stealth is. I'd be more comfortable with this at 4 mana, but otherwise it looks great

    BasilAnguis:

Sanctum Defender is the better card, although I personally prefer Arcane Blessings, but I love a good RNG fiesta card. I would say Sanctum Defender would be more balanced as a 4 mana card though, as I would say a 3/2 Taunt/Divine Shield minion without any additional effect would be almost balanced at 3.

Well, this is scary. The concern here is firmly from Rogue, with access to multiple weapon buffs, this could very quickly become otk material, both in standard with Self-Sharpening Sword, and in Wild with Kingsbane. Buff the Weapon to 10 attack, drop 2 x Stonetusk Boars and go face. Other people might not share the concern, and I honestly can't think of a way to remove the risk without completely changing the card.

    KANSAS:

Really nice blend of the two classes, combining self damage of Warlock with spell generation of Mage. I can't think of any suggestions to make, it's just a really cool card.

    Ardin:

I'd personally discount the first one. The risk of setting up a 16 damage King Krush turn is too problematic in my opinion. I know that Brann + Shan'do hasn't seen much (if any) play, but this would have the same effect, but you don't need a) highlander requirement, and b) to hold two cards in hand. The second one resolves this problem, as you'd need cost reduction shenanigans to pull the same combo.

Personally, I prefer the third, offering a greater benefit with the Shaman quest, acting as draw for Hunter, and just feeling like a better card. It is close between 2 and 3 though.

    TheHoax91:

I'm confused as to the need to make the cards discovered Mage spells? I feel like giving Paladin a hand full of Mage spells is strange, and also a nightmare to play around, as you don't only need to play around a Paladin deck, but also (probably) a ton of random Mage spells. A weakness of Paladin is a lack of solid, single target removal, and I feel like this card would virtually eliminate that weakness. For Mage it's fine, I would just change it to discovering a spell, that way Paladin keeps to Paladin.

Artwise, I like the contrasting colours, rather than the matching. Love the card too.

    Linkblade91:

Liking the second one a lot more. Shadowstep shenanigans is always a concern, but I think it would be fine, as Rogue would get more benefit from the card using bounce effects, but struggle to deckbuild using class cards only. A decent tradeoff imo.

The druid aspect here feels weird. Druids don't really have a link to changing Attack or Health, whereas Paladin, Priest and Hunter have all had stat changing abilities. On a side note, I'm sticking with Scholomance, just because it suits the flavour of the card. It's not beyond the realms of suggestion that Blizz don't suddenly announce a Galakrond's Awakening style "booster set" with new class combinations. I would like to see more dual-class cards in future sets though.

    Nirast:

Wow, a card that could make Savagery playable. Well, move it towards playable anyway. No suggestions, it's solid enough, slightly stronger than Fiery War Axe + Iron Hide, about on par, maybe slightly stronger than with Iron Hide + Heroic Strike, but wrapped into one card. That would be a problem is any of those cards were good, but as it is, they could all do with being better, so why not combine them.

    Bloodmefist:

    Show Spoiler
This is a card that looks scary, but is really hard to execute. Drop it on an empty board, you risk losing the deathrattle. Drop it on a full board, and board clearing becomes a priority. Neither class can proc deathrattles in Standard (and only 2 options in Wild, 1 for Paladin, which can't be combined with buffs) so I can't see it being broken. I prefer the 3 cost option personally.

The text looks a little crammed, but I love the card itself.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I feel like the flavour is good, but the issue is why would Priest run this, given beasts are not a common minion type in Priest decks. I've revised it to this, for a long rambling reason I'll detail in the spoiler below:

    Show Spoiler
Looking at the current Standard pool of Beasts, it's not….great. Once you take out minions with 1 health (no benefit from healing) and just  bad cards, realistically it leaves you with Educated Elekk at 3 cost,  Bad Luck Albatross, Burrowing Scorpid, Escaped Manasaber and Diving Hippogriff at 4 cost, and Lake Thresher and Strangethorn Tiger at 5 cost.

Even with incentive to play Beasts, I don't think making Veterinary Student a 5 cost follow up play is strong enough for it to be considered a viable option for Priest, while making it worse in Hunter. But making it a small, 1 cost minion benefits Hunter, who could use it as a follow up to Zixor, a buff for Augmented Porcupine or a heal for Teachers Pet, it also potentially could encourage a Priest deck running Escaped Manasaber or Diving Hippogriff, or just feed into a bird spamming Bad Luck Albatross deck.

On a side note, I'm going with Hunter/Priest rather than Druid/Priest because Hunter is the one class without a card in the winners gallery, so I'll be making Hunter cards until that changes.

    Anyway, more feedback!

First idea, I'll go for a Hunter/Priest card, no one else would be that crazy....

    Damn it Linkblade!

Anyway, I've got a feeling this is far too strong as it is, and I need to dig out some better artwork, but as a general idea I like it.

    Feedback as always:

Wandering Monk feels a little awkward/weak, just because of the effects for both classes. Hunter will kill it with 2 HP's, and a 5 mana deal 2 damage to all characters doesn't feel good. With Priest, you get Potion Vendor. Only it targets enemies as well. And costs 5 mana. This could easily be vanilla statline imo. (I'm not hating it just because you had the exact same class pairing idea as me. Honest).

As for Edwin, giving all your minions Rush is terrifying. I think the deck building restriction would be very difficult to meet in Rogue, especially without any additional payoff like Paladin has. This would instantly fit it Pure Paladin though. The rush bit is seriously scary though.

I've missed all the discussion this week, but managed to sneak an entry in just before close. I'll be more active next week, but it's looking like a strong start to the new season!

    Is it Veranus?

    Reptilian Animosity (Dragon)

And Equal Opportunity . (Casts an Equality style effect)

    Seeks out He and She,

    If not for Your Scrutiny.

Not sure on the last couple of lines though

DQ Alex is a difficult one to call. It's still playable, without question, but rotates next rotation. It's not as good as Zephrs, so I'd craft that before Alex if you haven't already got it.

If you play/enjoy wild, obviously rotation is less of an issue, and it's still played in any highlander wild decks, most obviously Priest, which is T1 at the moment I believe. It's good, but not gamebreaking.

As for which ones to craft, thats difficult, as I'm not aware of any "universal" legendaries in the current rotation, that appear in most decks the way Zilliax did. The closest is Siamat, but his playrate seems to have dropped off a cliff.

What decks are you looking at?

Floors exist at 5 and 10 of each tier. You get notified when you cross a floor because it pops up and adds stuff to your end of season chest.

I'm pushing for legend in Wild with spell damage Mage, glad to hear your enjoying it!

    You got it!

Witness me, and soon you'll see, (Bone Baron's attack sound is "Witness Me!")

A land of ice and stone, (Northrend, from the KotFT expansion)

After all, a noble falls, (Baron is a noble title)

You'll soon hear the moving bones. (Skeletons are added to the hand)

Your thinking is good, but you're off the mark with the battlecry/outcast guess.

I'll say this, it's a card that never saw play anywhere. Not constructed, not arena, it's a pretty bad card.

    No to Barov and Sindragosa.

You're right about the card having a noble title in the name, but that opens up to a lot more than Lord or Lady. The Northrend trail of thought is spot on as well.

Hint: There's a clue in every line of the riddle.

    Good reasoning, but incorrect.

I wouldn't call within the hour a late response!

This may be a bit easy, but I'm rusty at these.

    Is it Academic Espionage?

    Stealthy, is my master;

cunning, tricky, and fast to deceive. (Rogue Card)

A norseman Fire price paid, (Not sure on this)

and, undercover, ten more you shall receive. (Shuffles 10 cards in)

I see them occasionally, and i understand the issue, because it's a very polarizing match-up. However, I feel there are far, far worse culprits in wild at the moment, such as Quest Mage that need looking at before Big Priest. If I was going to hit sonething in the deck though, I'd say Shadow Essence, just because how broken that card is in combination with Obsidian Statue, and Vargoth itself.
