As a hunter main, I loved most of 2019 after Rexxar rotated. He was toxic in Rumble.
my favorite moment was hitting rank 3, my highest rank to-date. It felt great and I proved to myself that I'm better than I thought, even though I have plenty to improve on.
In 2020 I'm hoping to hit a new highest rank on ladder and get another class to 500 wins (just hit 1000 last night with hunter!)
Sky Gen'ral Kragg is the best of the four revealed today. Rogue is thrilled, hunter is interested.
Eye of the Storm is very strong but slow. If rogue can blow out damage (it can and will), this will be better as a discovered spell than part of your initial build.
Arcane Amplifier seems... late? Maybe an effort to bring back Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk? Probably better in wild, as part of an odd combo deck or a Jaina DK grinder control deck.
Rising Winds seems just ok, but I don't know druid well enough to say for sure if it's worth running.
Taunt druid (in wild and standard), Galakrond rogue, some sort of new dragon priest?, and probably just wild dude pally.
Glad to be wrong, but I think those are the new things these bring.
I doubt lackey warlock lasts long in experimentation with rogue building gargantuan Edwins and never losing hand value with cycling lackeys. The combo rogue plays will be REAL
I got it in one with an Inner Fire priest build. It was cute how the warlock I faced opened all the presents right before I hit him for 24 in the face and 8 two turns later.

Basically strolled my way up from ranks 16-10 in two days of minimal playtime with this deck.
Running a tempo deck with a hidden OTK seems to be, uh... good.
Still struggles with heavy control that can develop a board to pressure you and knows to kill all mechs while maintaining their health pool, but good mulligan/draws with this deck tend to overcome most problems. Another big problem I've faced: board development that heals (like quest shaman discovering Jinyu Waterspeaker... twice).
Hard to get to an OTK when you're fighting just to stay alive, but so it goes.
It has infuriated me since Un'goro decided mage should become the "magic is super random" class and gave them Primordial Glyph. So many toxic decks have relied on incredible discover effects that can loop.
I won't miss shaman. It's not even that it's Tier S (it's not, but definitely tier 1. I beat plenty of them with quest hunter). The bigger problem is how it feel s and how shaman wins that needs a nerf.
Their Galakrond invokes allow for near constant board floods, and they can access to some pretty powerful discover mechanics that have the potential to chain (Dragonqueen Alexstrasza in singleton builds, lackeys, discovered shaman spells that also discover, etc.), since Blizzard insists on allowing cards to discover themselves for some godforsaken reason.
Faceless Corruptor is pretty strong but I'm not convinced it's OP yet. People keep saying it's a 5-mana 10/8, but you need to spend at least 1-mana to produce a minion or token of some kind for Faceless to target. You can't argue that it doubles it's own power based solely on its own cost; it's can't do that on an empty board, so there's always a deeper cost, even though the payoff is extremely good.
Mutate and Mogu Fleshshaper could potentially both use a simultaneous rework. Mutate might be fine for now, but the recommendation that DelkoHS made for Mogu is my favorite one: make the discount only apply to your side of the board. You want to discount Mogu? Play your own minions and empty your hand to get there. If that doesn't cool the jets on Mogu, then they could examine Mutate's cost, although to keep things in line for wild, that would mean a cost bump for Evolve, too.
We need Blizzard to really nail this balance patch. Shaman might not be utterly broken, but it is terrible to play against, and we're already coming off a shaman-dominant meta that went unanswered by Blizzard.
New in-game shop sounds great, much better than what we have now, especially since we can purchase Sylvanas instead of being forced to participate in some WoW tie-in (as much sense as that would make thematically).
Buying wild packs and adventures with gold? Excellent decision by Blizzard (obvious as it should have been for years now).
Bombing out Snip Snap warlock took way too long but I'm glad it's done. Especially after the preemptive nerf to Reckless before snip even released.
I think the BG changes should really bring a new wave of players and experience to the mode, a welcome influx of players enjoying a very fun mode (as RNG and swing-y as it is).
Most importantly: DOOM IN THE TOMB IS OVER. So long, you miserable stack of cards. See you in wild... and sorry, Sylvanas. I love your card but you have to leave. I'll see you as my new favorite hunter skin.

10 legendaries from 149 packs today, quest hunter is fun and good at the moment.

I haven't hit ladder but my buddies have and they all say the same thing: quest Galakrond shaman is game-breakingly OP.
I'm hoping that opinion changes by the time I get to play later tonight.

Very solid 1-drop stats. Not sure it'll join the meta unless this makes a Magic Carpet zoolock build suddenly meta
1000 win Rexxar definitely had a stroke. We need this for Hunter. Alleria is cool, but not Sylvanas cool.
