I usually dont spend money on Hearthstone. But Magni is a very nice hero skin. Google Rewards money well spent!

Paladin? While Mage got a nerf, it wont stop no minion mage. The deck is strong without deck of lunacy. At 4 mana it will fit right in with the curve as the best spells it gives are 5 mana and up.

While I dont think spending gold on skins is a good idea, this skin I would buy.

Geez, and yet an other new bundle available in store ; how many is too many ?

As long as people keep buying, there are never too many from Blizzards perspective.

My gold has been significantly increased, so I sincerely don't know what you're talking about.

My gold has also gone up a lot, but that's AFTER the changes that JoshoPrime is mentioning.  If you look at the quote Psymon used, it seems based on that quote that they underestimate the value that gold accumulation has for most players.  Instead they wanted to "remove that layer of decision making" so players didn't have to think about what packs to buy, as Blizzard decided for us and then had those packs as rewards

So what JoshoPrime is trying to say is that it's odd Dean is still saying that he sees the pack reward approach as the better option, even after they had to adjust the Tavern Pass early on due to people being upset that they were being given packs rather than just the gold.  And that backlash came because most players would rather not have their gold accumulation reduced.  Instead we want the gold so we can save it up and use it however we see best for our collections.

My gold will go up a bit as well. A growing gold pile is fun! With it I can choose what packs I want, thats fun.  I also agree that giving packs isnt the best. Getting packs from expansions older than the current is really not fun. I have the cards I want from those previous expansions most of the time. If they give out packs they should only be from the current expansion. Better yet, only give gold!

For anyone who understands math, this is not really a change. They shuffled around the number of levels and the rewards, with the same result.

I opened 88 packs and got 11 legendaries.  It kind of made up for last expansion when I opened up 130 packs and got 5. With the free legendary from buying the smaller pre release I now have 12 legendaries for this expansion.

I have not been playing any ladder since Battlerounds was released, but I have bought 80+ packs the last expansions to keep up.  I am reluctant to craft a deck before an expansion to not waste dust. I might play some ranked wild as I have been playing since Ungoro,  and I have the adventurers and a few card packs from the expansions before it.

But it would be nice if they just added a few more win 7 game 2500 experience quests in diffrent modes.

The current system forces you to play ranked. The old system didnt. In order to get the top weekly quest you have to win 7 ranked games. That leaves out people who mostly play battlegrounds or Duels. You cant even reroll it to get a weekly quest that gives lower experience.

This sure doesnt sound like "play Hearthstone your way".

Time to start a run and not finish it to get a free pack.

The one that I remember most is [Hearthstone Card (Lakkari Sacrifice) Not Found]. It was hyped by a lot of streamers on youtube. It was supposed to be the best. I even spent dust to craft it. What a waste of dust.

I agree that the hardware requirements are quite low. I only play HS and a few older games. My 10 year old hardware (FX 4300, Nvidia 560ti, 8gb ddr3) are still going strong. But I am a Linux user and hardware tends to last a long time with Linux.

Thats true. But the others are rare. It all depends on how much dust you have. If you have 12k dust like me keeping the rares isnt that much of a risk if you think they will still be used.

Turn 9 with coin or turn 10.  High Priest Amet + 2 Divine Spirint,  1 Stonetusk Boar and either Inner Fire or Topsy Turvy   = 28 damage minion with charge.

I cant see a report/flag a post button. Not that its needed just yet, but I think it will be helpful in the future.

I think I said this in a similar thread, but I cant find it. Linux or at least wine friendly would be nice.

Please please please consider a Linux version if you do create a collection manager, or at least one that is wine friendly.
