It has been quite the week! The reveal season for United in Stormwind is underway (check the revealed cards in our dedicated guide page) and, despite some troublesome and very unpleasant events, we have a general idea of some archetypes we'll be playing with in just over a week from now.

New expansion also means likely Duels set rotation: United in Stormwind will. definitely come in, but will it be the only new set? Which ones will leave? Will Season 2 begin? While it's too early to answer all these questions, all we can do is keeping enjoying the mode. For that purpose, we have rounded the usual repertoire of 12 wins starting decks for you to take inspiration from. Enjoy!

Leeroy03370194's 12 Wins Clown Druid

Having too much of a late game-focused starting deck may be a brave choice in the very first games, where aggro and burn decks are more likely to win, but if you manage to survive them and go deep into your run, then you'll be able to turn the tables. Not only you'll be able to abuse Invigorating Bloom more consistently, but your Clowns and your other late game threats will make the difference for sure.

Dsorrow's 12 Wins Menagerie Paladin

Drocomurchanicas is a very interesting Signature Treasure, but it doesn't see much play since Turalyon, the Tenured boasts some of the most broken tools in that field: Men at Arms, Favored Racer, Royal Greatsword and Humble Blessings all see play, and that leaves little to no room for other strategies.

But that's not the end of the world: in fact, Dsorrow was able to pull off a 12 wins run with the starting deck showcased below. As you can see, there are plenty of Dragons in there, as well as Alexstrasza the Life-Binder and N'Zoth, God of the Deep as a very predictable finisher.

NightmareCwb's 12 Wins C'thun Dragon Priest

Drocomurchanicas is not the only Dragon Treasure to see very little play in its own class: Mindrender Illucia has Herald of the Scaled Ones, introduced a few months ago with the Darkmoon Races mini set. On the other hand, building a fully fledged Dragon Priest is much easier, and NightmareCwb did it. With Shadow Mend as cycle and heal tool, you leave Mind Tether's damage output to your massive boards and C'Thun, the Shattered. Cute deck overall, that exploits niche Passives like Dragon Affinity and Dragonbone Ritual (but Dragonblood still sucks!) for a rather amusing game experience.

Coud's 12 Wins Overload Shaman

I personally brought this starting deck all the way to 11-3: due early Mind Tether Priest matchups and a very impressive Royal Greatsword Divine Shield Paladin denied me the glory of a 12 wins run, but I think I can still be satisfied about that result.

The game plan is rather simple: play Overload cards, don't pay the taxes and hit your opponent hard in the head. Doomhammer is your friend, and Diligent Notetaker into Chaos Storm is a cute combo for a lethal over multiple turns.

Arbandu's 12 Wins C'thun Warrior

People asked for some C'Thun Warrior, and we deliver. This starting deck showcases an attrition game plan, based on slowly grinding your opponent out of resources and killing with it your Old God. Beware: more than winning, you should focus on not dying: if you're able to do that, your opponent will eventually implode.
