HE'S BACK! Four years after his rotation to wild, Whizbang the Wonderful is back and better than ever, with his very own expansion, titled Whizbang's Wokshop. Let's get into all the new stuff coming in the new expansion, including new cards, mechanics, free stuff, and more!
Miniaturize
The new keyword for the expansion is Miniaturize, which add a 1/1 copy of a card to your hand, with the keyword replaces simply with "Mini". This new version also has it's own art. Four cards with this mechanic were revealed, including a new version of Sunkeeper Tarim
Wind-Up
Some cards will get stronger by "winding them up", A.K.A. Trading them to improve their effects. Only one card was shown for this section, Wind-Up Musician.
Returning Mechanics from the Past
Some cards will feature returning mechanics from the game's history, even for the classes that weren't around at the time. One example is the Death Knight's new Spinel Spellstone, which harkens back from the Spellstones from Kobolds and Catacombs. It's likely Demon Hunter will get one as well.
The teams seems to be leaning in strong with the memes recently. We already got Ogrefist Boulder last set, and now Shaman is getting a card of Incredible Value, which lets you discover a 4-mana minion and set it's stats to 7/7. What, no Overload?
We're also getting Common Neutral mini-Rattlegore with the 4-mana 4/3 Nesting Golem. Not such a legendary effect, it seems.
Returning Characters
Whizbang isn't the only character to make a return. We've already seen a new version of Tarim, and we're also getting a new version of good ol' Dr. 7, going by the name Inventor Boom.
Of course, the good Doctor couldn't come back without his greatest invention, Mecha'Th Mecha Jara Zilliax, who goes modular in his Deluxe 3000 version. You pick two modules and a piece of art, and you're good to go!

New Keyword: Miniaturize
Some of Whizbang’s creations come with their own fun-sized copy! Whenever you play a card with Miniaturize, you get a 1-mana 1/1 copy added to your hand. Play the Mini version right away for tempo, or save it for a cheap, powerful effect when the time is just right.

One of Zilliax modules has an Elusive keywork. Interesting...
Elusive is "Can't be targeted by spells or hero powers" keyworded.

Don't really like the fact that you get a card early if you pre-order. Card doesn't look amazing, but it's still scummy. At most it should be a Common or Rare, so it's easy to craft.
New Zilliax looks like a ton of fun.
I'm actually pretty steamed about this. My main deck recently has been Rainbow Death Knight, and I've been watching Kibler play his version, where Corridor Sleeper is doing some solid work. I have no plans to pre-order, so I'll just be out of luck for several weeks. Feels bad.
I love that even smaller cards are getting a callback. Amateur Puppeteer for example features the same character as Mistress of Mixtures
