Im trying to buy the 6 golden packs. I don’t remember my bnet pw. I’ve been trying to contact support but their live chat isn’t available right now. I’ve sent them messages with no replies, I cannot reset my password without knowing my old one.
any tips?

Try "forgot password" on login (try for another device to not lose your account data if not stored)
Or open a ticket for blizzard..
I am quite late, but you can always open an Incognito Tab on google and there try getting a new password
