Great card! Not only does this have the great effect of all secrets (being difficult to play around), but it punishes your opponent for using Quickdraw. I don't know, maybe that's bad, since they should be encouraging people to use the new mechanic. But since I expect we'll be doing a lot of Quickdrawing, this card should be valuable.

Its the sort of card that'll never realistically be placed into a deck.
As a secret its kinda shit, comparable to Mana Bind, a card that didnt see any play when it was introduced and is seeing only niche plays right now in wild, mostly meme. The main problem of this card is that it neither prevents nor does it consistently give you anything good. So its kinda like youve just played a 3 mana card to generate a random card from your opponent's deck, and your opponent gets to decide whether or not you get it.
Oh well, with so many OP secrets from mage, at least we get to see the occasional shitty one. So stand up Azerite Vein.
So if the card enters your hand on your opponent's turn, that means you can't get the quickdraw effect, doesn't it? I suppose that's why it costs 0.
Mana Bind but in return for it being any card it has a weird condition attached. You don't want to pull a Quickdraw card because you won't benefit from said keyword (the card entered your hand too early). It just bucks against the mechanics of the expansion quite hard, which is kinda stupid.
