It's hard to see this being super useful. It's a really neat idea, though. The discount on Quickdraw cards is probably the most impactful.

Its a lol card that will never work in competitive.
But I can see a possibility of it working if there are more cheap cards for this to discount. You can never truly write off cards that reduces mana costs. I would say a 1 in 10 chance that this card actually contributes to some degenerate combo at some point, but Id say you're more likely to win a lottery that this working.
I suppose this will die before you get a ton of value out of it. I guess it would be good if you have a bunch of excavate cards and perhaps a quickdraw card you just drew, but I also guess that won't happen often enough to make it worth including this in your deck.
It couldn't have said "Battlecry: For the rest of the game" now, could it? Though if so, I'd certainly make it Legendary to make it harder to do that twice.
