This has big potential, but it's really expensive. 5 mana for a 3/4, and you're probably not playing the drawn beast right away. If you run only a small, select group of large beasts that really want a discount, you run the risk of drawing them naturally before you can play this.

Probably a bad card. 5 mana to draw one card is way too slow in today's game, and if that one card doesn't end up winning you the game is there any point in doing it?
The only good thing from this card is that it will usually end up drawing you a high value card like colossals or even just Thunderbringer, which can actually bring out neptulon, which can easily win you games. But its too convoluted and inconsistent.
I wont say it will never see play, we're coming back to a highlander meta after all, but its likely just filler for lack of a better term.
3 Mana is a pretty good size discount. Maybe you play this on 5 and play King Krush on 6. That might be good.
