This seems pretty good, but I don't get why it doesn't just say "Honorable Kill." Either way, a 4 mana 4/4 with Rush is definitely ok, and getting a mini one just makes it better.

Because there is no point in using Honorable Kill. They don't need the extra textspace here and there are no other cards that directly interact with the keyword. There would be nothing to gain and a bit of accessibility to loose here.
OMG that text really broke me. I thought they were talking about killing the enemy hero for a second and did not understand it's purpouse (yup I am tired and just finished my vacations...) I do not feel this will see that much play. Honorable Kill was never that good of a keyword.

This is OK, this is one of the few Miniaturize minions where the Mini might actually be worse than the first half, which makes me think that this probably isn't going to see a lot of play.

It's not the worst card in the world. A 4/4 Rush that draws a card is pretty solid and early in the game, needing to deal exactly 4 damage is not going to be that rare...
But of all of the keywords to use in this cycle, why did they pick Honorable Kill? The other two make sense since Spellburst and Corrupt were both successful and well-liked keywords, but Honorable Kill definitely wasn't.

Seems decent, 4/4 will be great at taking out those Spider Tank statted minions
One more callback card that doesn't use the correct keyword. I don't like that. Other than that, the card looks okay. Finding a target with exactly 4 Health might be difficult sometimes, but at least the Mini should be very doable.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

Another Arena card, as it brings no synergy otherwise.
Because "Honorable Kill" was a Fractured in Alterac Valley keyword. So this draws you a card if you can trade this into something with exactly 4 Health, then you can draw another card if there's something with 1 Health to trade the Mini into. I'm not sure that's all that great, or how long you would end up holding this for that opportunity on average.
While there's a good number of 3 or 4-cost 4 health minions in the game, Honorable Kill has proven to be a bit of an awkward activator. Sure the Rush helps, but this is just another filler
