Basically a deck centered around burning your opponent's health while disrupting any upcoming plays. Star Seeker not necessary, but does add to your options. Goal is to put Soul Fragments into the deck while going face as much as possible. Deck has really good draw potential and allows for Polkelt to shuffle the fragments to the bottom, allowing your powerful effects to be active. Just need to see one deathrattle minion for Vectus to trigger. (both will get the deathrattle: Deal 3 damage to the enemy hero.

Why so many one-of cards, mate? I like the idea, but I think it would be best to define and refine your idea a bit more.
Having Kobold Sandtrooper as your only Deathrattle makes Vectus difficult to play. You need at least 2 Deathrattles to die to play him, as far as I could tell from the pre-release streams.
That's true. I run him at two, was hoping he would proc after both of them die, but might be too situational. I appreciate the insight!
I should have been more clear: Vectus requires 2 distinct deathrattles for both whelps to gain a deathrattle. I know it's not what the card says, but from the reveal streams that appears to be how the card functions. I could also be wrong, I can't quite remember.
