I checked popular decks from HSReplay. Most popular Aggro Demon Hunter deck has 24 one-two cost cards, and 6 four+ cost cards.

In this particular deck, on turn 5, most likely you can play the card you draw. It seems it can be a fine tool in the right deck.

3 mana 4/1, draw a card and (if the condition is met) gain 4 attack is good. 1 hp makes it a little weak but you gotta balance it, I suppose.

    • Elementals will no longer be a minion type in every match.

    Finally!

Although it's not documented, Imp Mama is also changed from 6/8 to 6/10 (saw that on Savjz's stream).

Yeah I was thinking about the same thing. It's a missed opportunity not to call them singleton.

Actually, there are 2 demons on tier 2. 2/4 demon that gives +2/+2 and 3/3 demon with taunt.

Millhouse is definitely a highroll hero, but a strong candidate to top 4. Like any heroes, starting with a token makes huge difference.

If I start with a token minion, I sell the token next turn to tier up so that I can buy 2 next turn. You lose that 2nd round almost every time, but you don't float any gold and it justifies itself later.

Well, if I don't start with token, I end up buying minions for 2-3 turns before tier up. Your tier 1 minions barely compete with Tier 2-3 minions unless you go demon. These games are usually tough, but you can catch up if you get to Tier 3 right after Tier 2.

He gets played differently that any other heroes, that makes you think out of the box. It is a refreshing experience for sure.

Hearthstone, more like Grammarstone. It's very easy to miss, especially in the heat of a match.

Check this video at 2:06. It has the same interaction.

"It costs 0" does not has the same meaning as "Reduce its cost to 0". One fixes the cost to 0, thus cannot be changed again; while other just reduces it and can be changed.

Deadly Shot on a stick. You pay 2 extra mana for a 6/5 dragon which also activates other dragon synergies. Seems so strong.

Yeah these are solid points. One can't make a perfectly balanced game, but also we kinda need those powerful cards and heroes to keep the game exciting. I'm happy with the way the game turned out.

I'm on the fence. Like you, I've won almost every single game where I've picked Tirion. This probably suggests that it's out of balance. But I think it's close. I wonder if making it 2-mana is fair, considering that neutrals are far more common and varied than Demons (Jaraxxus's buff).

Also, unlike Jaraxxus, the minions you play aren't costing you LP.

Like the only "downside" is that some of your best minions come from TT1 and TT2...which isn't really that bad considering the buffs. But I wonder if the buff cost is increased if it becomes too strong a nerf to those minions.

It also struggles if it doesn't get Rivendare or Demons.

They will probably nerf him, 2 mana HP seems like a logical candidate, or maybe change the HP to give +1 attack or health. Redesigning it would be the last choice, imo.

Yeah sometimes you don't get Demons or Rivendare, but the minions scale up so well throughout the game, you get the victory anyways. Golden Selfless Hero and Zapp are my MVPs. Bolvar is also one of my favourites.

Don't get me wrong, I love Tirion. Playing minions like Boogeymonster is silly but it feels great when they work out.

I've played 12 games with Tirion and got 11 wins. One loss might be the first game, so I'm on a 11-win streak, which is amazing.

1 mana gain 2/2, 3/3 in the early game and then going up to 7/7, is it too powerful? What is your experience with him so far?

Battlecry: Enemy Battlecry cards cost (5) more next turn.

Means that it counters not only minions, but weapons with Battlecry (not much that see any play), and most importantly hero cards like Galakrond too. This guy will definitely see play as Loatheb has.

This with Hoard Pillager for some more value. Nice one.

A neutral mana-gain card, not sure whether that kind of card ever printed before.

I played on mobile. Only issue I got was that I killed one of the bosses but that didn't conclude the game there. I had to deal lethal damage next turn again. Other than that, it worked fine and I finished the run.

Save 700 gold per week. It's 40 gold extra upon the daily quest per day. They've given the players enough time to invest their gold for the expansion anyway.
