Bandle city won't be included since the most key character- Teemo is already in P&Z also lulu is in Ionia..
Now I read on reddit Riot confirmed that there will only be 10 regions but we have 11 bigs ones Shurima is gonna stand alone most likely since it's big, now the question is the void vs Ixtal...
The void has more champions but a lot of them are not geografically there..
that's why I think Ixtal (a 6 champion region in universe) is gonna be the last one.. then it leaves according to the region spread
8 Void champions,5 Yordles and 14 Runeterra champions that do not have any main region so we have them as "travelers".
I discounted those that already have a place btw.

Kindred: The spirit of death.. Shadow Isles right? probably right huh… they don't actually belong there though.
Alistar: We don't know much about him, but I can see him in Noxus.
Aatrox: The Darkin are originally from Shurima, failed ascended but his color scheme and warmongering reminds me of Noxus..
So what do you think? do you think the last region will be Ixtal.. or I am wrong and the void will be a region by itself? do you think you can find of a good placement for the 7 none obvious "runeterran" champions what about Cho'gath and Vel'koz?
I agree on the shuffling being linked to it triggering, the only way to counter the shuffling is to nopify/deny it makes it quite unintuitive, most effects that require a target entirely fizzle if the target gets removed or spellshielded..
So.. I think adding more counterplay to it would be enough.
Alright, seems like they did what they need to do.. maybe there will be a dust economy rework comming since they seemed to listen to the community on most matters..
A dust economy rework would take a while and a lot of buracracy.
Still don't have actual time to play, prefer to actually get into runeterra and gwent anyway.
I saw a specific user that when he appeared on a thread suddenly he had everyone downvoted and he upvoted himself so I know who it is and I already reported him, hopefully in future reveals it won't happen.

also don't get offended when you get downvoted specially when you said something you know might be unpopular, or an evaluation of a card/deck that just is probably not right it's opinion based after all...
at least there are no achievements on downvoting/upvoting so people just do it when they need to.
They really need to keyword the "burst spell that can't be cast in respounce or in combat" it's obvious at this point.. The keyworded lesser mechanics, why not this one?
That level up requirement is so steep, 10 cards with different name as I'VE SEEN? and I thought TF was hard to level..
level one she is like a Teemo.. yes, creating a Behold the Infinite (restricted to 3 or less) is probably much better than planting shrooms but Teemo doesn't see much play cause there are too many 1 damage pings in the meta too..
I think she is awful cause of that 1 hp.. you need to have freljord and an elixir of hand at all times or something to be able to protect her..
the reward for doing so is probably winning the game? you need varied keywords too.
I think you need to jump over too many hoops to level her, she also seems to be tied to Viktor.. at least on her level up requirement.
Not necessarily. I can see her working in mono Targon invoke, p&z heimerdinger or Viktor, or bildgewater TF. Of course I’m bad at knowing how the meta works so I’m probably wron

All she does is to generate value if she nexus strikes, but fizz is much better at doing that as he generates a 4 mana card that can actually finish the game, leveling her up is probably the hardest requirement in the game, playing 10 cards while keeping a 1/1 alive..
if it was that easy we would see the submarine car everywhere and that cat doesn't even requires to be in play for it's requirement.

I think this card should cost 2 if it didn't had the reduction so 4 spells cast for this to be even with it's value and it doesn't have attune like Coral Creatures, I think this might be just too slow/bad and there are too many bad 1 cost spells like Jettison (bad in a none deep deck)
