My dude, you only need a total of 4 cards in hand:
1x Taric 3x Gem cards (generated by followers) 3x Stored mana (to play all 3 gem cards above in the same Turn Taric is played)
Each time Taric is buffed with a Gem, he also buffs his support with another free one. Double cast with a single usage. Its possible to level up Taric as soon as T4 if the player has the attack token, 3 gems and 3 spell mana stored.
Taric Level Up: +1(attacking with an allied support) +3 Gem(from hand) +3 Gem(given for free by Taric's ability) = 7
Each Gem spell should proc Taric twice. So all its needed to level him up is to attack once and then play 3 gem cards (1 mana each = 3 mana).
Also, notice Taric is only unkillable after he declares an attack. He still is vulnerable in the entire oponnent's turn or if the player decide to play a card before the attack phase.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but both Demacia Relentless PursuitGaren and Shen/Fiora have over 60% winrate among every top rank player who happens to play those decks.
I know Twisted Fate/Swain also holds a higher winrate considereing top tier spots only, but still lower then both decks.
If your going to continue to flood the forum with sassy misleading titles, at least do some research first.
Ah yes, some random user links a deck on a website that has roughly 50 LoR users and because of him everyone starts playing it in ranked.
Given the title of this thread you are absolutely right. But i think if "his" deck is being copied, its more likely to happen while at ranked games rather then the other way around.

My Zombie Ashe deck runs 3x Ruination. It does help against Demacia; however not so much against that popular Frejlord + Noxus deck: Accessor gives them disgusting card draw and any clever opponent will hold on to some cheap 5 attack minions as Ruination insurance.
It doesn't occur often but yeah, it is a nuisance when it happens. Specially annoying when rage quit without conceding. I've said it once when i was playing Hearthstone so i'll repeat it here: Card games could use a Time Bank system.
Some ideas: - 10s/Turn + 60s Time bank; - Every time a player acts in less then 10s he adds (10s - Time expended on that turn) to his Time Bank; - Time should be halved when iddle; - Card effects must not consume any time. - Auto-concede by default everytime the user closes his client. (Crashes and disconnects do not count)
The comunnity always overeact to nerfs. Noxus aggro is still fine, but it isn't a S tier deck anymore.
Fewer people are playing that deck due to a factor i call: " The Snowball Nerf " effect. 1- A given top tier deck gets nerfed so it becomes now a Tier A deck instead. 2- Top rank streamers will drop that deck to play the next top S tier deck. 3- Many players will copy whatever their favorite streamer is playing or any new tier list available. 4- As it drops further and further in popularity, more casual players drop it as well, perceiving it as a sign of weakness. 5- The deck is then considered to be overnerfed just because no one is playing it.
I don't think they would release a champion without any corresponding support cards; that's just going to give the community a sour impression of said champion.

True, but The Ruination just to clear Sejuani is already worth it.

It works, and yes, i've been running 3x The Ruination in every SI deck since forever, even in Endure Spiders.
Reached Master today playing my TF/EZ variation that doesn't run Nab cards.
Its winrate is above 70%, by far the strongest deck in the meta.
How dare you not to run at least 1 copy of The Harrowing in that deck :)
