It seems that tavern brawl no longer contributes to quests at all. Just won one with priest and didn’t get credit for the win as priest quest nor for the play 25 minions (which i played plenty in this brawl). One more disappointment with this new system.
Confused. Opened like 20 packs and got the achievement "Collect all 10 Madness at the Darkmoon Faire Demon Hunter Cards". The page here in OOC shows there are 15 Demon Hunter cards in the expansion? What is going on?
I think you encapsulated my thoughts exactly. I have been playing less and less lately and these announcements do nothing for me. This new mode is hardly something new as you pointed out. Will still be keeping an eye, but for sure this is the end of me spending cash on this game.
I will remember fondly that one game where I played Solarian Prime and he casts Potion of Illusion, I played the 1/1 copy and that casts Potion of Illusion again, giving me two more 1/1 copies. The game ended that turn.
I’m done collecting skins. The way this is going, by the time we are done with the book of Heroes we would have spent well over $100. Not gonna happen.
That is likely, but I wonder if they will revise the price or how they offer it. I don't think the Jaina bundle was that successful and I don't see most players being able to justify $10 per hero for alternative art with nothing else new (by the end of the book of heroes spend over $100 for cosmetics?).

Welp, this was underwhelming. After a "three week" event all I got out of it is a mage pack and playing a very short adventure. The rest of the stuff (BG, bundles, brawliseum) I couldn't care less, and already had the cardback. Miss the good old days of Firefestival.

After playing this brawl three times, I must say: Charge can do die in a fire.
They should really replace all cards with charge and make the Rush.

Maybe BG is coming out of beta? Maybe they will add rewards with the new patch? Both?
